If Big E and Xavier get drafted to Raw, doesn't Kofi become a free agent since he isn't even a champion anymore? It wouldn't make any sense for a free agent Kofi to stay on Smackdown instead of going to Raw to be with his boys. He literally said he retired in like a 5 minute video earlier this year Not saying he has to stay retired or if he was even being serious, but that's possibly why he's not eligible for the draft right now.
