Generations Report post Posted September 8, 2015 Kinda strange that we don't have one of these. Thought it could be useful for reviewing and suggesting things on Netflix. Sometimes people don't know what to watch on there. Watching "The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness" right now. It's a documentary about Studio Ghibli, and it's awesome. If you have ever enjoyed a Studio Ghibli movie, I'd recommend watching it. Also an interesting insight into animation in general. So, if you have interest in that sort of thing at all, it's pretty interesting. I've also started watched Narcos, which I highly recommend as well. Awesome series about Pablo Escobar. Creepia Report post Posted September 8, 2015 We don't really get a lot. We get all the originals and some British TV shows and obscure movies for sure, but it would be nice if we got more boxsets of decent TV shows. Theres where NowTV (which is a thing Sky has) gets it right. However ive noticed more and more stuff being uploaded this past year so maybe it's just taken a while for getting licenses and such. AlterNation Report post Posted September 8, 2015 Got two episodes into Narcos and got a bit bored. Worth carrying on? Also, NetflixUK sucks balls Does it? I didn't really know that it was much different. The only thing that urks me about Netflix is that it's different for almost every country. Gladiator, The Walking Dead, Arrow, among other thing are on the US version but not ours. I'm pretty sure Amazon Prime is the same world-over, so they do it right. We do have Avatar: The Last Airbender though. So that's a plus. It's not like it effects me anyway since I can switch whenever I wish, but it's still an inconvenience. Generations Report post Posted September 8, 2015 (edited) You can get USNetflix in UK. Anyways, who needs Netflix when you have Popcorn time. Popcorn time is nothing special anyway...it's like the sped-accessible version of watching movies online for people who don't know where to find that kind of thing. That said, we're not supposed to talk about shit like that... So, just stick to the topic of Netflix. Edited September 8, 2015 by Generations

Crazy Moon Report post Posted September 9, 2015 Zombeavers. A terrible film but I loved it. It felt like the original Evil Dead but differed by aiming to be a comedy.

Because one is for big blockbuster budget movies that are still in theaters, and the other is about building a queue of things that might interest you based on your personal preferences. Netflix also offers mostly things that I think people haven't even heard of. It's more spur-of-the-moment and inspirational to find things on Netflix. Like being at a library and randomly finding a book that you didn't know you wanted to read. Popcorn time is just for bootlegging movies that you're too cheap to pay for. Now, kindly stop being a nuisance. Edited September 9, 2015 by Generations

Almost Easy Report post Posted September 10, 2015 I watched every episode of That 70's show. Would cost £80 to buy online, so i was very happy when I saw it on Netflix. I watch a bit of adventure time on there too, and I will eventually get around to finishing Breaking Bad.

St★rstruck Report post Posted September 11, 2015 There's a lot of shows on Netflix that I've started, but haven't managed to finish. Just recently binged on the first two seasons of Arrow a few months ago. Scandal Breaking Bad Sons of Anarchy House of Cards The 100 Person of Interest ^ All shows that I've started, and haven't finished. I made it to the final season of House of Cards (really good show); but I stopped watching for the simple fact that I couldn't get in to it. The storyline just seemed all over the place to me. Most likely going to finish Sons of Anarchy or Breaking Bad before I move on to anything else.

Generations Report post Posted September 16, 2015 (edited) Any good anime on Netflix? Lol wow someone changed mine to kids There's a whole anime category on Netflix. I don't know if any of it is considered "good" or not, since I really never watched anime outside of Cowboy Bebop, DBZ, Pokemon, and movies like Akira/Steamboy and the Studio Ghibli ones...but, yeah...there's a shit load of anime on there. For me, I'm not that big on politics but managed to enjoy S1 & S2 (still on it atm) quite a lot.

Royal Nakamura Report post Posted September 18, 2015 We've got Suits, but I think there's only 3 or 4 seasons? I haven't checked in a while, but not all of them are on our Netflix. Do you guys not have Suits at all?
St★rstruck Report post Posted September 18, 2015 Yeah, season 3 of House of Cards is pretty underwhelming, from what I've seen. Got half-way through the show, and couldn't continue; the plot in season 3 just didn't intrigue me enough and the story kind of felt all over the place. The first two seasons were fantastic, though. I'm not that big on politics either, so I'm surprised I enjoyed House of Cards. Kevin Spacey is great.
