The unwritten rules of Pro Wrestling (for fun)

- Despite seeing the wrestler running down the ramp, with their music playing - you will still look surprised when they hit you.

- During certain setups for moves, an opponent will be rendered unable to move in the meantime (five knuckle shuffle, RKO, tuning up the band, Peoples' elbow etc)

- A babyface cheating to beat a heel is perfectly okay in most circumstances.

- When trying to sneak attack someone who is cutting a promo, a wrestler must have his full titantron and entrance music play.

- Also the same wrestler must wait until an appropriate pause in the victim's promo.

- Only main event PPV matches require a contract to be signed.

- He who sets up the weapons spot, will inevitably end up eating it later.

In regards to signing contracts. It's implied that superstars sign contracts to take part in matches, but for big PPV matches the GM decides it's important enough to show on TV.

Even though your finishing move is the most devastating move in your arsenal, it's better to wait 5-10 minutes before using it.

Unless it's the WMD or Hogan's Leg Drop or Goldberg against Lesnar...you need to damage your opponent first. Most moves aren't capable of knocking your opponent out asap and the earlier you attempt to hit it, the easier it is to see through it and counter it

Moves that conviently set up for Rey Mysterio's 619 will never work the same when some else does it

People facing Randy Orton or Sheamus will head towards the apron conveniently to recover so they can conveniently get hit with an elevated DDT or beats to the chest, even logicly they would avoid that place as much as possible..

If a suicide dive doesn't connect at first, it most likely will the next time.

Babyfaces are not allowed to smash their opponent's head into the ringpost outside (most of the times anyway).

For whatever reason, desperate, cowardly heels never retain their title via disqualification as soon as a title match begins.

- A wrestler will not believe something has occurred unless he/she is presented with footage of said event.

- When hitting someone with a sledgehammer, the assailant will always use his hand over the head of the hammer, and never swing it in the usual way.

- A move automatically becomes more devastating if it's given it's own name.

Even tho your eliminated from the Royal Rumble/Battle Royal OR you are not a legal participant, you can still eliminate legal participants.

that has always bothered me. if someone is not a legal participant and they eliminate some one who is, that elimination should not count as it would(and should) be considered an invalid elimination. i know some people are gonna say "yeah but RR/BR's are no DQ". its still something that should be changed.

- If you are propelled into the turnbuckles it hurts, yet you can slam yourself into them to gain momentum.

LOL i never thought of that. thats actually funny.

- Before putting someone through the announcers' table, it is common courtesy to clear all the sharp objects such as monitors, away first. Because obviously you're concerned for their safety.
