NXT Bobby Roode is still the NXT Champion after a year and a half as Champion. NO ONE can beat him, even WWE Champion John Cena showed up at TakeOver Brooklyn to challenge Roode.. in a hard fought match Roode came out on top to establish his dominance on NXT. So far Roode has beat: Kassisus Ohno, Roderick Strong, Eric Young, Itami, Lio Rush (who has been the closest to beating Roode), Gargano. Can ANYONE top him? SMACKDOWN: AJ Styles is the champion after beating 3 others at (Jinder, Dolph, Corbin) WrestleMania. He lost the title to John Cena only to regain the title the following month. Big E won the Money in the Bank and challenged, and lost to AJ in the same show. The Big Ending got reversed and hit with a Styles Clash RAW: After Kurt Angle returned and re-ignited a feud with Samoa Joe, a best of 3 series in which Joe won. Joe set his sights on the Universal Champion.... Sting. Sting has held the title since the previous Royal Rumble. Facing Joe at Hell in the Cell and retaining.. Joe asks and is granted a rematch. His last one. Either he wins, or no more title shots. Joe absolutely DESTROYS Sting in an No Holds Barred match. Joe hoists the title over his head as Sting lays out cold in the ring. He then goes back and attacks him brutally. Chair shots, powerbombs on the stairs and one more muscle buster. Sting is, the now former champion, is bloodied and battered. Will he ever be able to return? Finn Balor is waiting in the wings.. he's not happy about how disrespectful Joe was to the Icon after beating him. So far Neville declared to face Miz for the IC title, but was then squashed by Big Show. The team of Sin Cara and... The Undertaker were beaten down pre-match by the SDL tag team champions The Usos, but The Usos were then beaten by The Ascension. Braun squashed Universal Champion Brock Lesnar in the main event of RAW despite the fact that they are set to face off for the belt at the next PPV. WWE Champion has been beaten humiliatingly by Tye Dillinger first and then Luke Harper the next week. AJ Styles has mocked him for it. On NXT, tag team champion Eric Young teamed with Shane Thorne of TM61 to face Roderick Strong and ... Alexander Wolfe the other half of the NXT tag team champions. Asuka is still dominant.
