If anything I would try thinning out the mustache a little on the top of it,and evening out with the sideburns meet the goatee. If the makes any sense,it's a little difficult to explain. Also those other sideburns from the refs are in the game. I would look into possible textyas for the hair too, off the top of my head I'm thinking maybe masters, or bourne.
