I had a slight hope, a very slight hope....that if we would get a Beth Showcase they would have included her ladder match with Katie Lea as it is also on the network meaning that Katie Lea could have been in. But since we won't get a Showcase...

 

i don't want to ask for too much. I got my wish granted and everything else will be extra. Hopefully they don't mess them up to bad for year 1

Yeah we will def get more than one or two women this year, they are more popular than 205 live and the whole UK division.

Oh come on don't make this now a sexist thing. I really don't see that much women as dlc, maybe Beth, Ruby and Lana and that's it. That video is expecting a lot of former wwe woman such as Eve, LayCool or Kelly Kelly; and I'm sorry for this but expecting those is kind of dumb. They are no longer wwe superstars and they are in no way shape or form "legends" yet, that's more of a wishlist if you ask me.

Dont get me wrong I would love a DLC with 6 to 8 women I just do not think it will happen. If I am wrong I will gladly admit it

I'm hoping for more, obviously - but I can only really see Beth, Lana and/or Ruby making it as DLC this year. Still, let's keep our fingers crossed. Ivory took me completely by surprise last year.

 

If I was to expect more, this would be ideal for me.

Even if we did have Showcase mode... there is no chance that they'd go with that match. At all. It was never mentioned on WWE TV during Beth's or Katie's career, a lot of WWE fans don't even know that they even competed in a ladder match, and Katie is hardly a selling point for the WWE even in the slightest, so they wouldn't include her in the game.

 

If they did include Beth and a popular opponent of hers it's likely it'd be Candice, Kelly Kelly or Eve, and maybe - at a push - LayCool, for the Tables match.

I tried creating this attire back in 2k16. It had always been my favorite attire of her's. I never did give it a shot at 2k17. Hopefully with the blur issue being handled for 2k18 I can re-attempt this attire.

I fully intend on putting Lita, Steph & Trish in attires from 2000-2001 for my legends brand again. I kinda want RTC Ivory and a new attire for Jacqueline in this years game as well. Thanks! There were a few Lita attires that I wanted to create in 2k17 that I made in 2k16 but wasn't able to transfer them over to the new system in caw mode. I'm hoping this new system for 2k18 will allow some of the attires I've made from 2k16. I'm hoping I can recreate these two Lita attires.

Yeah, there is no way that anyone from the MYC makes it this year.

 

As for any women DLC's, I'm still positive that Ruby Riot makes it. Not sure about Lana though

We're getting a shit-ton this year. MYC girls can wait til next year...the ones they actually sign anyway. Yeah I'm totally not expecting any myc girls this year other than the amazing caws that are coming with this updated graphics engine and the logo fix they all should be amazing especially since all the girls have done HQ photoshoots now so the faces should all be on point

I really don't understand the Lana shade tho, she tried really hard in the ring this past year she has enough moves for a moveset, and she is really over with the fans, I guess not making her playable in game definitely means she's back as a manager full-time on TV

Ah ! I only play 2K17 for the exhibition now. I updated my tracker with the post-WM Roster and got the Post-WM Debut ( for the women, Emma, Cross and Ember Moon on Raw, The Iconic Duo for Smackdown ) ready.

 

I'm just waiting now to see how the Universe will work to start planning out all the big matches and feud for when I get the game

Let's just celebrate for the next few weeks the fact that, even as the next game is about to come out, 2K17 is still fun and replayable. Wasn't very long ago that people were bored and impatient waiting on the next game like 6+ months out.
