So, I said I was gonna do it, and tonight i sat down for way too damn long and did it. PLEASE NOTE: I do not believe this list is complete, i'm certain it isn't. If you would like to suggest an addition, please do so and I will add it to the list.
All moves were checked by me in CAM Finisher section, I'm aware that in some rare cases, other sections don't have the problems the finisher section does with a move.
GENERAL ISSUES: Any pin combo that results in you sitting with your back directly to your opponent will push them back,
as if your physical hitbox is bigger than your model.
Alley Oop Bomb - Misses screen shake when using pin combo
Avalanche Angle Slam - Appears to suffer from 2K20 style slow motion, but can't be 100 percent sure. Could just be mocapped slowly
Avalanche Spinebuster - weirdly sped up. I know the original animation was a bit slow but it looks rather silly now.
Axe Bomber - badly needs a stronger sound effect when opponent hits the mat
Backbreaker Drop - Sound effect could use adjusting
Bankrupt - listed as a dirty move for some reason
Big Boot/Senton Combo - needs more impactful sound effects
Black Widow - only usable as a standing front move, even though the move itself implies the user is running at the opponent.
Butterfly Piledriver - nothing wrong with it but could desperately use a new animation
Clothesline From hell - looks stupid, sell doesn't even make sense; give us back the old one with the pin combo.
Clothesline/Blockbuster - sound effect could be more impactful
Cobra Clutch Slam - has Dirty tag for some reason
Cody Cutter 1 - unselectable as a finisher, can only select Cody Cutter 2 or the running springboard cody cutters
Corner Dropkick 5 - sound effect doesn't match impact at all
DDT 1 - STOP GIVING THIS TO EVERY *censored*ING PERSONS MOVESET
DDT 4 - could use better sound effect
Deadlift Yokosuka Cutter - Really should be called Canadian Rack DDT 3
Deadly Night Shade 2 - 2K20 style slow motion
Dragon Sleeper 5 and 6 - this issue can go for practically every submission made back when the wheel submission system was still around, these two are just the best example, but basically the transition in wrenching animations are extremely jarring and bad looking when used in match (IE when you get 3 fourths of the way towards submitting your opponent and it transitions to the wrenching animation of the move).
Electric Chair Half Nelson Driver - nothing wrong but can we please get a wheelbarrow or standing without electric chair variant?
Finlay Roll - nothing wrong with it but would benefit heavily from being usable as a carry position move
Fireman's Carry Powerbomb 2 - not sure why it's named this, there is no powerbomb involved
Five Star Frog Splash - someone appears to have accidentally replaced this with a regular frog splash. Clearly its an accident, as no one would be dumb enough to make the iconic Five Star Frog Splash look like a regular one, right?
Gut Check - nothing wrong but could use a new animation
Hammerlock Flatliner - needs stronger sound effect
Handspring Cutter - badly need a proper springboard version
Handstand Forearm Smash - using wrong animation
Headlock Driver 1 - please, for the love of god, replace this with a better animation
High Angle Exploder Suplex - badly needs a stronger sound effect
High Angle Spinebuster - badly needs a stronger sound effect
Honor Roll 2 - 2K20 style slow motion when user is halfway through roll
Inverted DDT 3/Scorpion Death Drop - Animation is badly sped up and appears to be missing frames of animation
Inverted Phoenix Splash - no screen shake when using pin combo
Jumping TKO - sound effect could be a bit more impactful
Kinshasa '72 - opponent doesn't transition back to knee before kick, making animation when kick connects look a bit odd
KOD 2 - Sound effect could be more impactful
The Last Ride 1 - Seriously, am I the only one who thinks the animation looks super janky?
Middle Rope Cutter - move has a pin combo but CAM doesn't show it
Misdirection Clothesline - animation gets janky while the user transitions back into the ring, move will also interrupt itself if around a corner with ring steps
The Moonlight Drive - Badly needs a new animation
Moonstomp - GIVE IT BACK!
Muscle Buster 1 - 2K20 style slow motion
One Percent - nothing wrong but would benefit heavily from being usable from a carry position
The Premier Combo 1 - heavy 2K20 style slow motion
The Premier Combo 2 - removed from finisher list for no reason
Protect Yo Neck 2 - sound effect could be much better
PTO - 2K20 style slow motion
Rack Attack 2.0 - 2K20 style Slow Motion
Rebound Elbow Strike 1 - misplaced grab animation at the start
Reverse STO DDT - Leg bugs out and gets stuck hyper extended between opponents legs
Ricola Bomb - Kinda defeats the purpose when the user doesn't hold on to the arms after getting them up
Rift War - you know why i hate this
RKO 2 - is using the snapmare lead up animation instead of the RKO lead up animation (like RKO 1) for some reason.
Running Blockbuster - Pin Combo appears to be missing a couple frames of animation right at the transition from the move to the pin specific animation, can confirm from a few years back that this was not always the case.
Running Hip Attack 3 - This move used to have a pin combo that was removed for reasons unknown.
Running Springboard Crossbody 4 - hit animation gets janky (may be a CAM finisher category specific issue)
Samoan Splash - pin combo gets strangely janky for a second
Shining Wizard 1 - Not a shining wizard. I know Shane Helms used to call it one, but it's still not a shining wizard. I am pedantic!
Shouten - Pin Combo may be missing kick-out animation, hard to tell
The Silencer - missing screen and rope shake on pin combo
Sit-Out Chickenwing Facebuster - desperately needs a pin combo
Sit-out Crucifix Powerbomb 1 - Head Shake Bad
Slingshot Senton - using wrong impact animation
Spear 2 - has a pin combo that doesn't appear in CAM
Spin Kick 1 - Pin Combo misaligned with initial pin animation (also, includes a stagger animation on the user that was not present when the move was introduced in 2K19; curious..)
Spinning Backhand - can't be selected as a finisher
Spinning Backbreaker - badly needs a better sound effect
Spinning Powerslam - arm doesn't hook properly which transitions into more jankiness in the pin combo
Spinning Tombstone Piledriver - Can only be used from standing front position, but animation would suggest it should be usable as a rope rebound move as well.
Springboard Cutter - badly needs a new animation
Springboard Leg Drop - Something is wrong with the impact animation, causes even more jankiness in the pin combo
Springboard Leg Drop 1 - something is wrong with the impact animation, causes even more jankiness in the pin combo (no, this isn't a repeat of the above. title move names better please, 2K)
Springboard Shooting Star 3 - pin combo is janky
Springboard Splash - pin combo is janky
Springboard Swanton Bomb - Something is wrong with the impact animation, causes even more jankiness in the pin combo
Springboard 450 splash - badly needs a pin combo
STF Camel Clutch 1 - leg clips out of users ass in a clearly unintended manner
STF Camel Clutch 2 - opponents leg flickers downward once move is locked in
STO 1 and 2 - No problems but it would be nice if both moves hooked the same side
The Stomp 1 and 2 - You know the problem, these have needed new animations for years. Also the RKO reversal should be exclusive to Orton, or at least anyone with a cutter finisher.
Straight Jacket Neckbreaker 2/Regal Cutter - Goes into heavy 2K20 slow motion half way through the move
Stump-Puller Piledriver 2 - No problems, but im not sure why this is named different from the Cactus Piledriver
Sunset Split - badly needs a new animation. Preferably based off the way Matt Sydal uses it?
Swanton Bomb 2 - Something is wrong with the impact animation, causes even more jankiness in the pin combo

Tsunami - Pin Combo can be a bit janky (starting to think something is wrong with all diving moves in CAM)
Ushigoroshi - Nothing wrong, but would heavily benefit from being usable in position carry
Vertabreaker - my opinion hasn't changed, the transition from the move into the impact looks terrible
Vertical Suplex Powerbomb - nothing wrong, would heavily benefit from a pin combo animation though
Wasteland - missing screen and rope shake on pin combo
Whoopie Cushion 1 - Something is wrong with the impact animation, causes even more jankiness in the pin combo
Whoopie Cushion 2 - Something is wrong with the impact animation, causes even more jankiness in the pin combo
450 Elbow Drop - animation would benefit heavily if the default stand animation didn't play first
450 Splash - 2K20 style slow motion
There's a couple joke or lesser issue moves in there, and i stopped checking audio halfway through because I was damn near passing out from the awful awful music and generic ass theme music in this game.
