FC isn't a true sequel to COIE like IC was. FC is more of a continuation of Seven Soldiers. Both COIE and IC dealt with the multiverse. FC dealt with the 5th World, which Seven Soldiers had allusions to.

Detective Comics has been really good since the new writer took over. I haven't read DCUOL. I don't plan on playing DCUO, and I imagined it was merely a lame tie-in.

I don't remember Lex with a Kryptonite spear. The story I'm talking about is Black Ring. It's a "quest for power" story with Lex going around the DCU. There's no Superman appearance until the very end, which is like 10 or 11 issues into the storyline.

Ewok is referring to the ongoing storyline in Action Comics. Not having an attachment to Doomsday, I think the story is a bit average. The story preceding it (a Lex solo story) was great. The Batgirl series I mentioned is the one with Steph. It's a shame they're pushing her aside in the relaunch.

You liked Final Crisis? I thought it was a convoluted mess. I also think Reign of Doomsday is fairly lackluster, while the storyline preceding that series (the Lex storyline) was really good. Next to Supergirl, the Lex issues of Action Comics have been the best thing in Superman comics for the past two years.

I quit using MSN and YIM a few months ago when many my friends quit using it. The only thing I somewhat use now is MySpace IM. If I ever start using MSN and YIM again I'll let you know.

The Saints are even better with the additions of Shockey and Vilma. If everyone stays healthy I'd have to say they're one of the favorites.
