My advice would be to paint tool the eyebrows ^This - I would add make or designs to get the eyelashes/eyelid darker. - I guess you could reduce the nostril height - Try to get the mustach part "thicker". - Maybe add a little to the eyebrow angle (might be unnecessary when you painttool them) With a straight face pic it would be easier to give you further suggestions but it's a great start.
