The Outlaw Posted October 21, 2018 Report Share Posted October 21, 2018 You have to have a cutscene saved for Highlight Reel (I recommend a victory scene because its a short encode time). Then you have to go into MyCareer and acces the cellphone, and go to Video. Pick Highlight Reel, pick the Cutscene tab, and select your saved victory scene. Wait for it to load, then Encode it. When its done, the tutorial pops for encoding. Just FYI, i see no reward for having unlocked them all. I have the same amount of VC i had before doing it and everything.
