Fix the whole body on the tights.

Use the horizontal oval design for the arms. And thin it out just a little bit. (If it looks all right without having to thin it out when horizontal, then by all means, but, I think bringing the size down one will actually make him look like he has arms at least.)

The body and head itself are a bit tricky. 'cause you have to spend at least 5-6 layers on the black.

So, Take the design 103, make it white, and stand it up. There's your body. For the legs, use the X design. (The top you need to figure out on your own, I haven't gotten that far yet.)

As for the save us written across it? I dunno, Don't worry about that, really. Just focus on the body. If you have any layers left after doing both sides, you're welcome to try the "Save Us" written over the body.

Just my suggestion. I've tried it, and it looks all right, I just haven't executed it well. (The head will be the teardrop design, remember that. Just make sure the arms are near the top of the 103 design, so he has shoulders.)

Try it, it might work.

The face is also odd. His chin sticks too far out. O_o

loooks good so far mld one layer left that means you can add add the y2j in the front of the tights (wwe design - rko -rotate it two times)
