I'd go with Clothesline 16 or Clothesline from Hell. Actually, I'd go with both because one goes into a pin and the other doesn't. If I remember correctly, Duggan briefly used a big punch as a finisher in WCW, so I guess this could be an option for one of his finishers, though I try to avoid using punches as finishers.

I thought it was a 3-point stance into a tackle, but Goldberg's spear seems too fast...he also does a knee drop he calls Old Glory, but...

I guess you could. Correct me if I am wrong, but wouldn't you have to hack in the running shoulder block or shoulder block 1 as a finisher though? I don't think they are finisher in the game. Hacksaw's three-point stance was usually followed by a clotheline rather than a shoulder block; atleast that's how I remember it. I may be wrong of course, but I seem to remember him doing more of a clothesline than a shoulder block after the three-point stance.
