Blocking PSN users, and blank superstars (Question).

Hey everyone, just a few questions –

 

Iv'e been playing Fair fight Ranked matches for the past two weeks and of course I get very annoyed by others wonderful spamming techniques (taunting, submission, quick pin etc.).

 

I blocked about handful of "top" ranked players but for some reason I still end up in matches with them, is there some secret that I’m missing when it comes to blocking someone

 

Also

 

Today was my second time facing someone in a Fair Fight ranked and there superstar turns all blank looking

 

example - start off as Hogan and end up a skinny Pal unknown person

 

Has anyone seen this happen
