  1. Sorry for the late reply, Muur. Glad you're enjoying Fossey. He basically had 2 major injuries in his youth career, so that took a few years off his playing time. Hopefully he can stay healthy and keep improving. Question for Oufcad32, how is Ben Davis getting on since joining you guys? I've seen he's been on the bench for you a few times, but has he been playing for your youth teams at all? I'm guessing he might have had international duty with Thailand at some point, too?
  2. Our game with Blackpool today had to be paused, due to a medical emergency in the Hammersmith end. The fan who was being treated has sadly passed away tonight.
  3. Enjoying Marlon Fossey, Muur?
  4. Definitely a tale of two halves against West Brom. Went from playing like prime Barcelona to not so prime Swindon Town It was always gonna be a 6 pointer between the 2 sides, and from the 2 games, we got 4 points, they got 1. Not to mention our goal difference is a lot better, but saying all this, we'll probably both go down, and Sheffield United will survive, lol. Also, Muur, I randomly decided to look at Fulham's 0-0 record in the Premier League, and the most we have had against a single team is against Bolton, a total of 5, and all of them were Away, lol.
  5. Thank you for the condolences. Still getting used to the fact that I won't see my nan again, but now the funeral has taken place, it's sinking in a bit more :(
  6. My nan passed away on the 3rd of January, and I'm still struggling to come to terms with it, so saying so on here might help me accept it. It was COVID-19 that took her from us. And by us, I mean her 6 children, 23 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 5 great, great grandchildren. She was doing everything right to not get the COVID-19, but her health issues she had picked up with age meant she had to go into hospital, which is where she caught the disease, which is upsetting beyond belief. Her time might have been soon, but for that to be what took her, is hard to take in. Due to restrictions, the funeral will only consist of 9 people, the 6 children, 2 of their partners, and my nan's next door neighbour/best friend. There will be a video stream of it, which myself and my siblings will be watching together, but it won't feel right until we can celebrate her life properly, which we all plan on doing when it becomes possible to do. Oh and might as well put this whilst I'm here. I also have health issues, so I came to the decision to isolate myself, and I haven't been outside since March the 20th 2020. Every time I consider trying to, the world gets a little madder, or restrictions get even tighter. Apologies, as I've just seen AlterNation's post. My condolences to you, I hope you're coping OK. And the same goes for anyone else this dreadful disease has affected.
  7. One of my favourite Fulham players I watched as a kid, Papa Bouba Diop, has passed away at the age of 42. Reports are saying from a "long illness", but no word on exactly what said illness was. Absolutely devastated. My thoughts are with his family and friends. Rest In Peace, Wardrobe.
  8. I'm just gonna pretend that Lookman penalty mishap didn't happen... Fulhamish.
  9. 1967 or something since you last beat us at Craven Cottage in the league, I believe. Beaten us in the cup though.
  10. Yeah I watched it. Was fearing the worst, but it was to be Fulham's night for once. Hopefully things start picking up from here.
  11. So that's what winning a game feels like. Get in!
  12. Fulham's defense doesn't seem that bad now, considering the other results this weekend
  13. Nice. In Wales, I've only been to Swansea, saw the first game played at The Liberty, Swansea 1-1 Fulham, in a friendly. As for TV schedule, announced today, fixtures selected up to the 2nd of November. http://www.premierleague.com/broadcast-schedules Also, will you be supporting Fulham this weekend, as we travel to Wolves?
  14. As it stands, they've gone back to only showing a selection of Premier League games on TV, which is bs. Hoping all games become available to watch, even if they are painful to watch, as a Fulham fan, lol. Also, Muur and dje, do you follow any local non-league teams where you are? I follow Tooting & Mitcham, as they're quite local. Used to go see them play a few times, but now follow their progress through media. Other teams I follow the progress of are Met Police FC, and Walton Casuals FC. Again, both fairly local, and the Chairman of the latter is ex Fulham player, Tony Gale, who my dad is mates with, haha. He (my dad) has been going since 1965/66, and has been able to meet and become friends with a few of our ex players. Les Barrett owned a flower shop just down the road from me, so I met him a few times. Oh, and our team's coach broke down one game, so they shared the fan's coach (which my dad was stewarding), and George Best offered to look after my older brother (now in his late 40s). Kinda went on a ramble there, but figured I'd share, haha.
