Does the game seem far easier post 1.05 patch? It seems like my sliders aren't working at all in exhibition. I have a lot of things turned up to 80, like finisher reversals turned up to 88 and the AI rarely reverses finishers now. I'm playing on legend.

For the record, the World Heavyweight Championship that WWE used from 2003-2012ish is quite a bit smaller than the one used in WCW.

Mcafee and company didn't stop anyone from being in the game. These games don't have "slots", I thought that was long realized but seemingly not.

This is the first major glitch I've encountered on PS5. My Universe had been going fine until this evening. I had started to play Summerslam PLE yesterday, played the first two matches, out of 10, and then saved and went to bed. I went into my Universe today to discover that the game had deleted half of the card, and the rules of some of the match were all set to "OFF". I just sim'd everything and didn't play the rest of the show. Then, the game was trying to do PLE matches on Raw and Smackdown, for instance, the Damien Priest match that was deleted (from the PLE) was now booked on RAW and had the rival actions set to "Crush Title Rankings" and such, as it would on a PLE. I sim'd the match, and tried to put Damien Priest in another rivalry (it ended at this Raw) after I sim'd the whole show, and he was unavailable. I went to edit him, and the game gave me the message that he was already in a feud and editing him would cause the rivalry to act funny. I had the same thing happen with some matches from Smackdown that were deleted from Summerslam. Clearly, my entire Universe save was now messed up and I just deleted it and started over, which I wanted to do regardless but not because of this. Do we know what causes this? How can we avoid this? This is a pretty big glitch.

With Lesnar being added back to WWE.com's roster page today (he was on alumni for a long time)......I'm hoping this is WWE bringing him back or his name has been cleared somehow. I'm hoping that ONE DAY, his name is cleared and he can be unlocked in 2K24.

Despite the usual suspects crapping on the game in this thread as they do most every single year, don't let that fool you if you haven't gotten the game. I give it 8.5/10, personally and feel it's STEPS ahead of 2K23.

Just move Night of Champions to June. The way it is in the game is the actual 2023 PPV calendar. (There was no PPV in June nor December last year)

No Judgment Day entrance motions? I noticed Trio entrances are greyed out when you have more than two people in a team. Judgment Day does not have a trio nor tag entrance motion in create an entrance. The default tag entrance is set to "Painful Literature I" with no Judgment Day entrance motion anywhere in sight. Trios entrance is set to Hurt Business, with no way to edit that. EDIT: no four person entrance either for them. WTF? WWE 2K shared an image of a Judgment Day entrance motion during pre-release.

Damn near a decade, maybe. It was fixed upon 2K23's initial early release. Then the very first post-release patch broke it. Then this new patch, THANKFULLY, fixed it.

YES!!! 1.08 fixed the glitch in tag matches where corner 1 always got cheered and corner 2 always got booed. Now, everyone gets the correct reaction on tag matches. Thank goodness!

I'm not Bad Bunny's fan or anything, but I've come to see he's legit one of the biggest artists out right now. I was at WrestleMania and just his appearance and involvement got one of the biggest reactions of the night. No exaggerating. I was surprised. He seems to be extremely popular among Spanish speaking populations. Punk's initial return got a bump, somewhat. But other than that? Not much happened. I was at the First Dance and I turned to my GF and said "I give this shit a year and he's gone." Low and behold.

I don't believe he was ever the draw people made him out to be, but that's up for debate. Some think he is, there's some stuff to prove he's not the star his fans made him out to be. But again, that's up for debate. It seems that AEW largely did the same business when Punk came in, that they did prior to him coming in. For instance, PPVs usually sold out, but the average Dynamite was only half full most weeks, same as they did. Including the editions he was advertised for. The last Dynamite he was at was only half full, All Out weekend 2022. His entire AEW run was a disappointment, IMO. I mean...like.....AEW had what was supposed to be "one of the biggest stars" from the 2009-2013 era WWE and they STILL couldn't crack a 1.5 in ratings. The closest they ever got was the debut episode in 2019, as far as I know. People thought Punk would overshadow Danielson, however in my opinion, Danielson was a FAR bigger deal over time for AEW than Punk ever was.
