I have noticed that people keep rating them useless so their creation can be the best. I am talking about at the submition system at the top of the page. Like if their was a creation that was good some person would go and rate it useless so their creation will be better and it doesn't have a proper rating. So to make this fair I think you should only be able to rate a creation once. I do not know if it is possible to do so but I am just pointing this out.
