Well technically it is my brother's but I gave him the idea and helped out a bit. I would love some constructive criticism as I plan to submit him after a few makeovers.

Thanks for the positive input. I will start posting the formula after this post.

I have made a few others (not from homestarunner) and I think I have the confidence to post them now.
My bro also made Strongmad, but it is just not the same without a rectangular head.
Outfit is pretty good though.

Yah dude that rocks. You should try to make StrongMad and StrongSad,or technically your brother.Tell him to make those two and he'll be able to make a stable "The Strong Brothers" YAH DUDE THAT ROCKS!!!!!!!!!

Well technically I am the better CAW guy. He just had a day off from school to do it.
We have made Strongmad, it is just really hard to have a good head.
As for Strongsad, I guess it is possible. Just use the same sort of body morphs I did for Strongbad.
I have been asked to do a Spidy CAW but after I complete that (or give up) then I can see what I can do.
