yeah i never understood that either but also never felt the need to question it but the bigger picture is why would you add dlc parts that other people would have to grind in order to download their content. 

 

so i get it to a point but if all your gonna do is put dlc content in your content then its a double edged sword imo. 

 

and i also get it for people who have jobs etc but thats more of a “you” situation. and if you just play the game anyway what’s really their problem? lol

I'll be very surprised if people who have made WWE games creations their entire personality quit the series over needing to *gasp* ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME. 

We don't even know how much RXP you get for winning a match yet, and people are already losing their minds over needing to "spend hours grinding". This is a lot like the Island last year. People acted like it was the only thing 2K was going to put effort into. It wound up being nowhere near as big a deal as people made it out to be.

Idk how you would have time to play any video game let alone wresting if you are working a 9-to-12-hour job and have a family on top of that.  Creating caws alone could take anywhere from 30 minutes to a full hour if you're a perfectionist, and that's not even counting move set and entrance

I appreciate all the custom creators out there because they truly add more fun to the world of WWE 2K games. The main goal for WWE 2K developers is to create a wrestling game that will make all gamers want to play every single aspect of the game and every mode. I don't think they ever expected for Creation Suite to truly take on a life of it's own the way that it did.

That's the issue, I find it hard to believe that they didn't think the fanbase wouldn't want to know how its going to work. We NEEDED to hear that in 2k26, "you're going to need to win 10 matches to unlock Andre the Giant"  or that playing the entirety of the CM Punk Showcase should give you X # of points for 10 unblockables. Something that you could sink your teeth into.

Didn't they have something like that in FF where you had to play 100 matches to unlock Owen Hart I think?

The fact that you're able to earn RXP in so many different modes makes that extremely difficult, though. There's not one set way you earn RXP. Most people will be earning it in a variety of modes. I honestly think this is going to work out for 2K. People are expecting the absolute worst, to the point that it's almost certainly going to be better than they expect.

What do they mean by personas?

In MyFaction there are what known as Persona cards, these unlock alternate attires that can be used in the rest of the game, in 2K25 they put various ones people had been clamoring for: Triple H '99 with his My Time theme, retro AJ Styles from TNA with his Get Ready to Fly Theme, Unmasked Kane from '03 with his Slow Chemical theme & Drew McIntyre with his Broken Dreams themes among many others.

If breaking down the core gameplay improvements is an "easy win", I'm probably going to like 2K26. Call me crazy, but how fun a game is to play is the most important factor to me.

This might ruffle some feathers, but even if the new structure of the game/DLC does run off the people who only use the creation suite, I don't think that's a bad thing. I want the wrestling game to be a wrestling game. Maybe if more of the player base actually plays the game and doesn't just repurpose it into a doll dress up game, maybe we'll get more focus on match gameplay mechanics. The people who only care about miniskirts and "wig physics" and skimpy clothing can go play The Sims.

  Who knows what tomorrows interview is about but I'd presume it's about the outcry and unknown of the battlepass but maybe it'll be a deep dive, we'll see soon enough.  I don't agree with scaring  away caw creators and doubt in this scenario, if they were to leave the "stans", that it's going to make the core gameplay better. I wish it did, we all want to return to a wrestling game with wrestling spots that feels fun to play. That's really what we lost over the years and as a gameplay fan, I'd love to see it return to that direction.

Is that even a Kane Scan? Hell, If I know. It they scanned him during 2018 or later where that's ugly but accurate last Demon Attire? Also, what happened to all the years of face/body scans, no excuse why they couldn't use them .
