She keeps countering everything as soon as the timer is on, kinda like Triple H, so I needed her to stay down on the ground so I could hit my finish twice. That did the trick.

The further I get into MyRise, the less and less I like it.

Wow, I already heard that the MitB showcase was terrible, but the objectives are BS as well. Only objective should be win and let us do it how we want.

Failed the one about keeping Natalya out, as its very difficult to attack her while Becky and Charlotte run interference.

So time for match restart and do this again and see how it goes for the second time.

Lost the 2nd match still on the damage the opponents objectives as couldn't get away from Nattie quick enough to stop Charlotte. Also no mini game appeared, so you don't know how much time you have to stop them winning.

Also doesn't help Tamina handles and moves like a snail.

Three attempts, on easy and I've already decided they need to patch in the option to choose from all the matches so you can skip this garbage.

What I did was cause enough damage to Natalya during the match that when that part came, she stayed on the ground and I could just hit the 2 finishers I had stored. After that, your only objective is to win the match.

I played the showcase on easy mode idgaf LMAO

the MITB match only took me 2 tries cause I failed the Natalya objective lol, thanks to whoever said something about using stored finishers to skip the minigame! The WarGames match took me more tries because either someone in my team couldn't kick out or I couldn't make 4 people bleed before my team won

I had 3 stored finishers, used them all and was confused as to why I hadn't pulled the briefcase down, then Charlotte knocked me off and won.

I have  no idea why people are hating on MyRise, this is the best story 2k put together in ages and yes even above 2k19's. I LOVE the multiple playthroughs and even the ally chapters gave me big RTWM flashback's with Rhea's one having 2 endings

Well at the very smallest least, the recent patch seems to have fixed the hidden blade kneeling bug; which is such a small thing that i've only see me mention which leads me to believe a certain someone may still be checking here or reddit; which is very appreciated.

Did you purchase it as a male in the Island and are trying to use it on a female CAW, or vice versa? You have to buy it for each gender.

They have GOT to do something about the wheel submission system. I'm really glad they brought it back, but it is weighed way too much in the attackers favour the majority of the time.

For instance, Candice LeRae. Can dominate her all match, without her getting almost any offence in. But if she managed to get one finisher; and locks in the arm trap crossface, then it doesn't matter that she has barely touched you all match, getting out of the submission is practically *censored*ing impossible on any difficulty above easy.

And there appear to be absolutely no sliders for the wheel submission system (making me wonder if it was thrown in at the last second, which would explain why it seems like it was balanced by a blind mentally handicapped monkey on a typewriter), so it is entirely on 2K/VC to fix it.

I don't want it gone again, im very glad they brought it back; it just needs some actual testing and balancing.. like most of the gameplay issues this series suffers from.

Just playing the Island and was doing the Rey Mysterio quests. Got told to go investigate a silver mask.

The ladder match for the mask is it against other players?

If it is, that's a BS way to advance a story, I suck at PVP 1 vs 1 let alone a multi person ladder match.

I fell out of love with this game with the quickness. I played a little bit again when the DLC came out, and it is a fine release, just missing a certain je ne sais quoi that I can’t put my finger on. Like it’s good, and the Island is cool, but there’s still so much work to do.

They completely broke Universe mode, the game keeps crashing (pc)

i always liked in 2k19 how in Universe Mode they would show many titles someone won on the player info screen, instead of now when even if you've selected someone to win a secondary title it won't even show in the player screen still says vacant, such a letdown, it's the simple details i like. plus would be nice to not have a ref in a match, just have a ghost ref, this way the damn thing won't get in the way or in the camera's view point.  

and as far as crowd noises those i don't mind its the man and woman that talk throughout the match like there's a live mic in the crowd, i mean yes at times some fans will get aggressive like that sure but not to the point everyone can hear them, kind of distracting.

I don't know if its just The Island being online or the latest patches changing small gameplay elements but, multi person matches are awful against AI in the island, they seem to be channelling myFaction characteristics being able to counter lots and take forever to stun. They don't stay down long enough, so you can attempt a pin or tap out, before they interrupt, especially with refs that deliberately count slow.

I'm still waiting for top rope to carry moves. I want to be able to pull someone sitting on the top rope into a fireman's carry position.
