Saturi Posted February 1 Report Share Posted February 1 Happy they FINALLY added Intergender Wrestling back so we can have proper factions in which males and females can have real mixed tag matches instead of getting DQ only because the male competitor even touched the female opponent by mistake like bumping into her). Will also make the royal rumble more exciting since we can add then females like Karma, Chyna, Beth, Jade, Shaniqua in the mix. I hope that the GM Mode will be better then the one this year and that the universe mode will finally be bug free so we can actually play it. Most of all I'm gonna have my eyes on the caw mode to see if it will get me back into cawing or not. Should it be the same mess like in the last two games then I'll definately pass and only buy the game at a later point for its GM Mode and maybe Universe only. The Island thing will obviously be a rip off from the Mortal Kombat series that first introduced it 10+ years ago. If it's done well, it will be fun, if not, it will another pool of frustration. We will see how it goes I guess. :) Link to comment
A N T I - Posted February 1 Author Report Share Posted February 1 Yeah, the past few years, I always thought to myself “This is gonna be my last year creating..” and they always find a way to reel me back in for another year. I’m looking forward to roaming around the Island if that is indeed what we are able to do this year. I’m looking forward to Create A Superstar the most, with DLC roadmap and list of New Moves coming in at a close second. Sadly they tend to wait til the last minute to deliver the goods on the things I care most about. Seems like it’s gonna be a fun year though. Link to comment

It really feels like the match gameplay is moving in the right direction, and that's what I care about the most. I don't love everything they're doing, but everything isn't going to be for me. The giant archetype has a lot of potential too, as does barricade dives. A lot of meat on the bone, gameplay wise. Link to comment

One thing I'm hoping gets addressed is everyone having instant recovery I'm hoping it gets nerfed or limited to once or twice. Link to comment

It'd be nice if they nerfed them (or they went back to being an ability), but they gave me a (very tedious) way to essentially turn them off. I'm hoping we get fatigued rope ascent back. I use Smackdown Hotel as a reference for the roster but they “confirm” odd things like Ava as a Manager even though we’ve only seen her available as a GM. Link to comment
