I don't see a reason to why Jacob Fatu would be the only bloodline member to be dlc while the other members are in base, wouldn't it just make more sense just to have all of them be in base game or just have a bloodline dlc Pack or something? Also Oba Femi as dlc is crazy at this point.

I could just see them playing hard to get with Jacob and making him early DLC. Wonder what the hold up is with Hikuleo atm but people have been pitching a Bloodline Pack of sorts for the past like 2 years and no dice. As for Oba, what other NXT male would you save for DLC? Do you really think people are clamoring for Ethan Page or are really aware who Je’Von Evans is yet? It’s gotta be someone. Everyone isn’t gonna be on the base game just because you want them day 1, and Oba would be a cool substitute if we are dealing with a Brock-less roster. At the end of day, we’re speculating, so feel free to throw out your own DLC predictions.

Ethan Page I think would work fine but honestly with how stacked and big the nxt women's roster is I'd think they would go having a mostly female pack for nxt.

My knee jerk guess is always that the selling points will be held back for DLC (like Dragon Lee, for example). With that in mind, I'll guess DLC could look like:

...you know what? It's a lot harder to predict this than I thought it'd be. They exceeded my expectations for 2K24, so I'm not sure what to think. I'm expecting a big new thing (hopefully story designer), so maybe the roster doesn't need to be as big a selling point for 2K25?

I'm 50-50 on the bloodline being dlc it makes sense as to why 2K to want them as dlc but what selling point would you have for the bssd roster in it self? Having to wait  extra months when they're part of the main story is a noticeable absent. Besides Naomi and Andrade, there hasn't been any big returns or debuts not counting MCMG who would also be dlc at this point.  Unless they're stacking up on NXT names.

There was a thread on Reddit about which new/returning legendary tag teams people wanted to see or thought they would see in 2K25 and the Wild Samoans and Legion of Doom seem to be the front-runners.

I just think Afa and Sika fit the Bloodline thing well. They've also been adding more pre-Rock-N-Wrestling era wrestlers, and I could see them being a continuation of that. To be honest, they might feel like NXT wrestlers are a good selling point, considering how the show typically does in ratings.

God I hope they do Pillman justice. The last time he was in a game proper he looked awful imo. They put out an Abdullah The Butcher figure a long time ago, back in the Cena era I believe, so as far-fetched as it seems, I’m holding out hope that he makes his WWE game debut. His body type is a hard one to nail without straight up creating a mod, but we have Yokozuna so why not Abby?

Can’t help but wonder if Shinsuke will be outdated already by release or if they’ve got his updated gimmick, music, black mist and such. Seems like too big an undertaking for them to produce so quickly.

It's going to be interesting to see what they do with DLC this year. WWE has had a lot of pretty big debuts this year (Fatu, GOD, Guilia, Vaquer, MCMGs), so I could see some (or all?) of them padding out some pretty stacked DLC. I'd expect the Bloodline people making the base roster (along with returns like Andrade and Naomi) and the true debuts being DLC. Not sure what they'd add as far as "legends". Other than Goldberg, no huge stars who are available and weren't already in 2K24 really jump out to me.
