What are some safe and effective ways to gain muscle mass, and are steroids a viable option? I've struggled to build muscle since I was a child, and I've tried countless diets and workout programs without success. I'm willing to explore all options, but I want to make sure that whatever I do is safe for my health. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

As far as I know one of the best ways to gain muscles is taking testosterone. Testosterone is an anabolic hormone, meaning it promotes muscle growth and strength. Increasing testosterone levels might lead to a reduction in body fat. It's important to mention that testosterone supplementation should only be undertaken under the guidance of a healthcare professional. I want to determine whether testosterone therapy is appropriate for me and start buying testosterone online too.

creatine, vit D ( just for about half a year when there is less sun) and omega 3 pills

sometimes I take a bit of calcium or magnesium when I feel cramps getting real bad or too common but that's more because I haven't been eating enough

tbh what I think I really need is caffeine and I got some in pill form

I've incorporated B complex supplements into my daily routine lately. It's become a helpful addition, especially with the demands of my role as a teacher and my love for hiking. The extra energy boost and improved focus have made a noticeable difference in my day.
