I think these are taking longer since you need to finish MyRise to get the best arena parts. - I'm making my way through MyRise now...and as I'm unlocking some of these achievements, I'm still getting rare achievements popping...with the percentage for most being around 6% of players. So, yeah...if only 6% of players have made it as far as unlocking the arenas in MyRise, then it makes sense.
