Let him know ! 100% Transparency, I cannot send him your changes due to a recent dispute him and I had but anyone with a Twitter Account can let him know. Enjoy! ObLIVion not being selectable was intentional, same with Willow's Bell and One Final Beat. Moves in those positions aren't selectable as special moves.
