SvR2007 CAWS,Hacking

so this is a topic i've been searching for,for years now and i gotta admit that i did a bad job.

and just recently a very old post here sparked my hope again ( CAW Maker's Guide 2.0 )

but here's another problem,i don't know how to use hacks and the site mentioned in the post ( Code-X ) is not working for me [can't sign up]
so my only option now is to turn to the community for help.

if anyone can help i would appreciate it alot
