Bryan was THE man there for about a month, it truly is a shame that got put to bed to do the BCC stuff. He could of been such a huge asset. Now he's just there.

Also, they're really running it back at All Out?! LOL. Silver lining may be Mox is only champ for another few weeks. I can only assume they did this to turn Punk heel ahead of time? I struggling to make sense of it? He'll get cheered in Chicago regardless. They must have a big angle planned...

BCC was Bryan's idea.

It was Bryan who came up with the idea that as a heel he was going to suggest to Moxley that they become a team in a similar vein to when Jericho asked Moxley to join the Inner Circle. They do the segment and Moxley hears the full pitch legitimately for the first time in the ring. The pitch was so convincing to him that he thought he and Bryan should actually follow through with the team idea. So he texts Bryan that he thought the team idea did have merit and Bryan actually agreed. So they went to Tony who didn’t see their vision at first but decided to go with it thinking they can break them up in a few weeks. And the rest… as they say… is history (unfortunately).

So their origins are more complicated than my post let on. They both share the blame. Heel Bryan was so convincing that he actually convinced Moxley (and himself) that they should team up for real.

I'm flambergasted. In what way does that make sense? lol

See, I knew I should've been skeptical about all this, especially once I heard this was reportedly all Moxley's idea. Since when was this dude a guy you listen to for ideas? This the guy who has bladed himself in almost every match he's been in these last few months because he thinks he's tough. This is the guy who derailed Bryan's fabulous heel run which was on track to be his best run since his WWE championship run (also when he was a heel -- imagine that?). *Censored* this dude's ideas. He has one of the worst wrestling minds in the business. Don't listen to him.

Where did you hear this was Moxley's idea? Haven't seen that pop up anywhere but if true... yeah, I'd agree with him being one of the worst wrestling minds today. Everything he's done in the last year or two has been so lackluster.

See my above post. I admittedly simplified and attributed the creation solely to him when in reality it was a bit more collaborative. Still, it seemed like the original plan was not to actually form the team and instead to have Bryan be a heel failing to trick Moxley to join him. But what happened was Moxley was so taken by Bryan's recruitment promo for real, that he thought he should actually team up with him. So he initiated a course-change and Bryan agreed with it.

Oh shoot, I think I misunderstood you. lol I thought you were questioning the BCC formation.

Yeah what EJ said. It was a report from Fightful. Here's the Reddit thread on it: https://old.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/comments/wwqx4y/fightful_details_on_mox_vs_punk_being_moved_up_to/

Some readers asked me how Dynamite performed in the quarter hour ratings on Wednesday, with the question mainly being how did the way the World Title match was booked affect the show.  I went to the site that does a great job with the ratings, Wrestlenomics.com, to see.  There is a definitely story told in the viewership pattern.

Obviously, the show peaked with Punk vs. Mox and then lost 168,000 viewers in the next segment.  They lost 200,000 viewers by the time that the show ended
