He already did his surprise return in WrestleMania better to have it advertised for more people to tune in. As long as they don't advertise surprise entrants like Mickie James last year. I like watching the Rumble when you don't know who are going to show up. Last year they already announced 22 for Men and 21 for Women Rumble entrants. Unlike this year so far they have only announced 11 for Men and 4 for Women. And we are less than 2 weeks away from the Rumble. But we'll see the remaining RAW and SD if they will announce more.
