the way i see it, if a certain team is returning then it’s better they beat a makeshift team than face Io and Dakota for the titles so soon. bc it’s either you have them return and lose or they return and beat a team you’re currently pushing. Sky and Dakota lost with a rollup so they’re not hurt too bad imo and Damage CTRL is probably winning at Clash to regain credibility.

True.
If thats the plan, it would be smart...you could do a good build up that really makes the Division look strong and all that.
There is a lot of potential in such a pairing that could elevate everything involved.
The titles, the team, the whole division...if thats the plan.

I cant see Aliyah and Gonzalez staying champions for long, for that they are one of the blandest teams in this.
You cant build a division up with them, so i doubt they are meant to be more than transition champions.

Theory is no longer Theory.  He will officially return to using his full ring name of Austin Theory going forward, PWInsider.com has confirmed.

Matt Riddle will indeed 100% be going by his full name going forward as well, as seen on last night's edition of Raw.

The shortened names were an edict under the Vince McMahon regime that has now been reversed

it’s wild as hell these dudes were going by just Theory and Riddle for so long. Hypothesis and Brainteaser.

most things sound better with a legit first name in front of it. a dude named Novel sounds stupid but if his name was Scott Novel it doesn’t sound as bad

Vince is a clown for using the short names to begin with. Shit never sounded good or made any damn sense. - Did he just imagine that shorthand names would equate to success...because they would sound like "Rock", "Mankind", "Kane", "Edge" etc? It was such a ludicrous decision from the jump. A stage name is one thing. A shorthand "civilian" name was always asinine.

NXT call up..

As PWInsider.com reported last week, there's been a lot of talk over the last week within the WWE NXT circles that Solo Sikoa, 29, could be main roster bound in the very near future, possibly as soon as this month.

PWInsider.com has learned that will be happening "ASAP" according to a WWE source with Sikoa slated to join the Smackdown brand.

Sikoa is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi and the brothers of Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos, so a Bloodline connection, while not confirmed, seems to be an obvious creative choice.

Sikoa has been wrestling since 2018 and debuted for NXT in November 2021.
