ZZ Top are one of those bands that I never really cared for in a big way. But I always appreciated their significance and identity. They definitely secured their place in American culture. Now I myself don't know very much about ZZ Top but, my uncle has been a guitarist most of my life and he met them and played with them before. Last month has been dreadful, the uncle I mentioned just lost his mother, Grammy (what the entire family called her all my life) 2 weeks ago.
