So i filled up all of my creation slots and was wondering if it is possible to create a 2nd user without having to pay a separate Playstation Network Account again?

I've tried making another user account and it asks me for a psn network login i enter mine and it says it can't be used twice.. Someone please help me. Thanks in advance.
