If you're implying I wouldn't defend him if he was black... I still would. The case was a white person shooting three other white people, no people of color were harmed, so I don't understand why people keep bringing up white supremacy. White supremacy obviously didn't save Chauvin, nor did it save Ted Bundy, Jeffery Dahmer, Dylann Roof or countless other white murderers who died/ will die in prison. So why would Rittenhouse be any different?

Not for the lack of Trying.
The only reaon Chauvin didnt get free was because America was at a boiling point and the black community was not willing to back down until for once they got justice.

Make no mistake about it, there is a two class justice system, rittenhouse is an example for that.

Again, that was a 17 year old boy who during a civil unrest was able to walk past Police while carrying a Assault Rifle.
There is no way a black kid would have been able to do that.
Black kids cant even wear hoodies without getting shot, black kids cant sit on a playground with toy guns without getting shot, black people cant even drive in their cars without getting shot etc.

Im more concerned as i said a few times now, that this 17 year old could walk around with an assault rifle and it was totally legal...what kind of Redneck country makes this legal?
He isnt legally allowed to freaking Drink but allowed to openly walk around with a Assault Rifle? What the actual *Censored*?

Dylann Roof was treated very well, cops treated him to fast food if I recall correctly, and he was taken in alive. Compare that to a Black kid who had a toy gun, was shot, and was refused life-saving medical assistance. How does a cop shoot a Black man running away 6x in the back, and then tries to frame him, but a kid with an assault rifle can talk to cops and joke around, and walk towards the chaos?

There was civil unrest, he was unqualified, unexperienced and lived 4 hours away from the place.

Where did you get 4 hours? He drove 30 minutes. People seem to think he traveled a long way for this, but a half hour drive is nothing.

Google gave me that number, i dont know why...i have no idea how far stuff in America is away...i checked google and it told me Illinois and Wisconsin are 4 hours apart.
Even a 30 minute, even a 10 minute drive to a place that is in the news for Civil Unrest, should question his motives.
He still packed the gun and knowing gone where he knew what was going on there...and that makes the case already far more complicated.

It's best to use specific town names when googling the distance between two places in the US, it can vary a lot depending on the state. I live in New York and if I drive north for 10 minutes I'm already in Quebec. But for a guy living in Long Island, going to Quebec would take all day.

Absolutely disgusting that he gets no charges at all. Bare minimum was the charge for being underage of possession. Blatant bullshit is blatant.

I sincerely hope this decision is weighed again in the future by a more competent judge and jury.

Either way, this kid is not going to be treated kindly by society. So, he reaps what he sows either way...

Show up and menace people by brandishing a deadly weapon. Have people try to remove deadly weapon from you. Kill them. Be charged for nothing.

Smh.

No one is saying this needed to be "premeditated murder". But, it was involuntary manslaughter for sure. People have been punished more strictly for hit and run accidents while driving and merely not paying attention. If you can go to jail for accidentally hitting someone with a car while texting, then you damn sure better get charged for killing people with a rifle. Whether it is an accident or not.

I'd love to see the look on Tara Dublin's face, when she realizes her sick pedophilic fantasies of a teenager getting anally raped are not going to come true. Cry me a river, you perverted, grotesque,  disgusting *censored*ing bitch! And delete your twitter while youre at it!

So he is "not guilty" on ALL charges...nonsense.
Get his as at least for Reckless behaviour or so.
He willingly got himself in the situation, openly carried a assault rifle and stuff...not guilty on all charges is crap.

The case leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
A judge with questionable decisions, a prosecuter who was bad at his job, the media...and i dont get why the defense didnt had to prove Rittenhouse "self defense".
They threw this out and the prosecuter had to prove that it wasnt self defense...what?
Why was it not the defense task to prove it was self defense?

A bonkers case all around that makes you question americas legal system on all accounts.

America's legal system has always been shit and always benefited white men, mainly the wealthy ones. THis is nothing new.

But also, I wonder how many people justifying the deaths because of past would be okay if Gaetz got shot by a left winger, given what he's been exposed as.

So the verdict tells us that we can go down to any protest or mass gathering, i.e, a Trump Rally for example, armed, and completely opposing views and opinions to everyone else, stir up some shit, and then when the rest of the people confront us we can just shoot them? Am I wrong here? I must be because this sounds completely bat shit crazy!

No, only if you're going to a BLM protest or a protest that's not about white supremacy. Otherwise if you do what Kyle did at a Trump rally or white lives matter rally or Confederate rally, you will get in trouble.

  • 4 weeks later...

The whole election fraud stuff with Mike Lindell/ QAnon is just sad at this point. Q'ers honestly believe JFK Jr will rise from the dead and help Trump battle the deep state and reverse the election results. Pure madness.

My hope is that Trumpists in the GOP and socialist Dems get soundly defeated in the midterms.
