Only thing that worries me is America is *censored*ing up the handling of it. $3000 for a test when in other countries is $18 which is going to make people just not take the test and spread the virus. Not only that your hearing tons of stories of people not being fully tested for it when they actually get the test.

America did *Censored* up, immensely. From bad vetting to trying to profit off coronavirus, we're doing a lot of damage.

It came to Bolton a while ago (someone came back from italy with it and roamed for a few days)

Nottingham Forest owner got it and their U23 team played against ours a few days ago, so that might be a problem

The Thunder vs Jazz game was stopped so Rudy Gobert and Emmanuel Mudiay could be rushed to the hospital to be tested. This shit is *censored*ing terrifying.

EDIT: Fake news

UPDATE: Real news. Rudy Gobert tested positive.

In Denmark we have over 500 people who have tested positive so far. Our prime minister has ordered people to take the next 14 days off from work and all schools and daycares have closed down. It is only those who work with something vitally important who can still go to work. Events with over 100 people have been cancelled and we are generally supposed to stay in-doors.

The plan is to curb the spread of the disease before it reaches critical numbers. I am eternally grateful to live in a country with free healthcare, that takes Corona seriously

Must be nice. Few questions, do any of your politicians or citizens take issue with your healthcare to the point where they want to remove it? Or is it something the whole country almost unanimously agrees should be in place? Are there things about it you wish were better? Any aspects you would like to add or remove?

Tom and Rita were able to get tested quickly because of Australia's healthcare system as well. If they were in USA, they probably wouldn't have been able to get tested as quickly as they have.

@EJ! You have a lot of good questions. I’ll answer to the best of my ability.

In the grander scheme of things, most Danes appreciate our free healthcare system. Naturally, this system is supported by paying the most taxes of almost any country in the world. We have a tax system where those with the broadest shoulders carry the heaviest burden (the rich etc.)

However, the right wing politicians know that their voters are the wealthy people and the industries, so they usually promise that the rich will pay less taxes if they vote for them. These political parties still appreciate the healthcare though. The only party that doesn’t appreciate this is the liberal party of Denmark, that claims that we should be more like America.

We have a newly elected socialist government, so I’m fairly optimistic.

Our healthcare is mostly loved and appreciated. The only issues I have with our healthcare system are the tax evaders who hide their money in Panama and won’t contribute, which obviously damages the system as a whole. The other problem is the waiting times you sometimes have for a surgery in the public system, which sometimes causes the more affluent to seek private treatment for money, thus undermining the system a little bit.

Otherwise it is very amazing to know that your country has your back if you get sick. 10/10 would recommend.

This has been my TedTalk

So the good news that's going unnoticed is Cuba found a antivirus against Corona and are collaborating with China and Venezula to fight the virus. Its apparently been around for 39 years, and in Canada they were able to isolate the virus strain which means they can more easily work on cures and vaccines. On top of that China just closed the last hosptial that was built to contain the virus because they went from 15,000 cases a day to 15 cases a week.
