The Fiend has all kinds of smoke and mirrors that can allow someone like him to win. Ricochet vs Brock doesnt compare.

Beside the point. If Goldberg was facing anyone other than The Fiend for the title, would him winning and being champion heading in to WrestleMania be acceptable?

No Lesnar fan should complain if Goldberg beats Fiend for the title tonight.

No correlation.

How?

A: Ricochet has not been booked anywhere near as strong as the Fiend

B: Lesnar is far more talented than Goldberg

Granted, the Brock/Rico match should have been longer and been more competitive, that I will give you, but there was never a snowball's chance in hell Rico was winning.

In a word: No

Two words: Hell no!

Five words: Hell to the *Censored* no!

Because Ricochet is just a placeholder until Mania. They just needed someone Brock hasnt faced to squash on the way to Mania. The Fiend even if he loses tonight surely wouldnt be squashed. Theyve put a lot of money and effort into Brays character. So theyre simply not the same thing.

Thats a what if. Its not anyone else, its Bray. And Ricochet aint no Bray as far as booking and etc currently.

If thats what they go with, then it is what it is. They must think he will sell more tickets as champion than The Fiend. How is it any different from when The Rock took the title off of CM Punk for the feud with Cena? That made me stop watching wrestling for years but Im just one guy. Lol. But from a business standpoint I got it and I get it.

Who would Goldberg even face? Reigns?

God the WWE main title situations both suck. Like you have Brock burying people if he leaves your *censored*ed star power wise cause you kept building him up when you didn't need to.

This is exactly what I'm saying. You're putting way too much time and effort into someone that doesn't care, is unpredictable, and can start throwing a hissy fit any time. We're already aware that Lesnar is capable of "squashing opponents". It doesn't need to happen all the time.

But Lesnar has great matches if and when it makes sense, like the match with Daniel Bryan. It was a masterpiece. When it makes more sense for him to beat the shit out of someone, thats what happens. He made Mark Hunt look like he barely trained for a fight, so why should he sell a bunch of offense from a Ricochet or a Rey Mysterio or Kofi Kingston? Him vs Cain was another good match albeit short.

Also, I ain't came for squash matches. I'm out here tryna have a good time. I hate it here.

It looked like an actual fight, but this is Brocks element not Cains, so Cain went down within minutes. Cain has barely been a wrestler for any amount of time. He and Brock werent gonna go 15 or 20. Lol. Maybe at Wrestlemania. They ruined it by putting it on a big show so quickly instead of building longterm anticipation.

It only makes sense because you've conditioned yourself into believing that's the only way Lesnar can look 'legit'. There's never a time "when it makes sense" to have a good match. That's like the essence of pro wrestling: having good matches.

Oh im so glad we keep him around because he had a good match two years ago.

He also beat Mark Hunt in the twilight of Hunts career and had to take steroids to do it.

Good, BELIEVABLE matches, which Brock has.

What wouldn't be believable about Rey being Brock? If you want to go the UFC route Grace was schooling people twice his size all the time in his early UFC career. Brock is just lazy. He shouldn't be squashing people like Daniel, and Joe then getting squashed by *censored*ing Goldberg.

People shit on Cena but at least his matches were absolute squash matches and he actually got better as he got later into his career. Brock had a good match when he returned and has been pure shit since. Dude doesn't bring anything special to the product and his absence weekly makes Raw seem aimless.
