If theres at least 4-5, I will have Toni compete on that brand as a top babyface. If there isnt enough, I will merge with the NXT roster where Toni will still be in regular championship contention and will have a title run. He will also continue to lead his "EMPIRE" stable, alongside Jacob Fatu on SmackDown, and Tama Tonga, Tanga Loa and Samoa Joe on Raw. Probably will move into a star-making feud with Imperium afterwards, which will end up with EMPIRE losing the rights to the name.
