Youssef
Glad Jericho won. The mainstream and casual fans know Jericho, so business wise this is great.
snakebiteSB
Got to be honest that ladder match was a bit much, like thank you for putting your bodies on the line to entertain us, but some of those spots were scary, I thought Nick broke his neck falling off that ladder hitting the ropes and crashing through the table head first. I don't want to see them paralyze themselves or worse kill themselves, I want to keep enjoying them, and they're that good they don't need to do all what they did last night, same with Darby Allin, he's taking bumps that he doesn't need to really, being a good rag doll opponent is enough. All in all, it was a decent show, wasn't as good as DON but it was really enjoyable.
Generations
It was a great show. AEW's best so far. I'm glad that Jericho was the first champ, but also ready for the belt to be on someone else. Because, as much as I love Chris...he is slowing down a lot and wrestling pretty sloppy these days. Still an awesome entertainer...but a new champion is welcome by me.
Counting Lights
I think Chris should hold it until just after the New Year. I agree his age is beginning to show, but I don't want the inaugural title reign to be a short one. 4 months would be pretty good. I'm thinking the first challenger will be Cody, who should be able to work with Jericho fairly well.

It's going to be interesting if Jericho will bring the AEW title with him to Japan, if that story is still going to happen
Lunchbox
I don't think Jericho is showing his age yet, his NJPW work has been excellent.
PaperThinWalls
My main takeaway after watching the show: everyone needs to tighten up across the board. Production, commentary, the wrestling. So much sloppiness.

Senex Beast
Did you see Fyter Fest and Fight for the Fallen? Double or Nothing All Out Fight for the Fallen Fyter Fest
Counting Lights
I'd say All Out and Double or Nothing were set apart by one thing - Cody vs Dustin. That was an incredibly personal match that hit 5 stars with ease which really brought the PPV up, and none of the All Out matches were really on that level. Generations
Of all people I didn't expect you to talk positive about this show Not sure why people think I dislike AEW or something. Never really had a bad word to say against what they're doing. Just call it like I see it when they do things that are as cheesy as WWE and catch none of the same flack for it. On that note...the barrels were really fake looking, and so was the "steel" ramp.

EJ!
Anyone else think Omega looks just totally disinterested in AEW? how dare you say something so true?!? but nah the jokes i was seeing on Twitter were pretty funny. comparing him Dwight Howard on the Lakers and shit like that. that match wasnt bad by any means but it got me thinking PAC vs Buddy Murphy wouldve been better. tbh Kennys been on the decline as far as match quality since he won the IWGP title. hopefully when the show gets going he can get the ball rolling again, but wrestling weekly might make it hard. ill keep the faith though. hey i love all the dives, i promise i do, but seeing so many made me realize they gotta sign some bruisers. just some guys to beat piss out of people. what is Timothy Thatcher up to these days? Counting Lights
Agreed with the bruisers comment. They do have Mox, but a little more diversity would be cool. I would love Wade Barrett to pop up in AEW.
Generations
Anyone else think Omega looks just totally disinterested in AEW? Been saying this from the start. I think he's realizing that he would have a bigger legacy if he stayed in NJPW, or went to WWE.
Guest
I think he was fine last night, it's just that he and PAC got their shit rocked unfortunately. Everyone Omega has faced before then has been either passed their prime or too green.
EJ!
id definitely wanna see it again with a proper build after Mox/Omega which im still excited to see considering how great Mox was in the G1 anyone else kinda hoping Mox keeps his NJPW attire for AEW? i prefer it over the pants for some reason
Lunchbox
Its not even the match quality like during his entrance he looked like he was just going through the motions and didn't look to thrilled to be there. The only time hes seemed legit happy to be there was when they held the show at the gaming show.
abhunter
Yeah, a lot of the matches just felt like more of the same after 900000 false finishes and suicide dives.
