I tried searching all over Google in case someone already made a transparent version but, I couldn't find one. So I decided to work off of this one:

After a little bit of Photoshop, this is what I came up with so far.

I didn't make the text above and under the design that says "The Pit" and "KEMPO" because I don't know what font that is. I can make that easily if someone is able to tell me what style font that is. In the meantime I'll keep looking for whatever font that is and I'll update the image if I find it.
