Has anyone figured out how to make the AI utilize springboard moves more often?

I heard turning down the momentum slider somehow increases the variety of moves the AI will use, but I haven't seen too much success with the change. Has anyone else figured out how to make the AI use springboard moves more often?

Seems like one of those things that we can improve via AI sliders from one superstar/creation to another hopefully next year. It doesn't appear either that they have rigged it yet so that CPU's who do backwards dives (Moonsault, Moonstomp, Double Rotation Moonsault) actually the climb the ropes accordingly, instead of climbing the ropes normally and then doing a 180 turn while already on the top rope, further giving the opponent time to know what's coming and time the reversal with relative ease.

I've been saying for a while and I will repeat that the game should have an in-depth video tutorial on how the Personality traits work, because I feel the answer might lie in that. I imagine the in-game roster has locked personality traits of their own, so I'd be surprised if Gran Metalik or Ricochet weren't constantly flying around if I'm playing against them, as well as many others.

I read that the bold personality trait increases the chance the AI uses high flying moves. Also a user here told me the AI goes for the moves that correspond with their highest attributes. I have a caw luchadora with a bold personality and her highest offense attributes are springboard, diving, running attacks. It seems to work well, as she tends to go for springboards and diving attacks much more often than my other caws.
