He is literally repeating the most basic right wing talking points without an ounce of unique thought in them. Generations
I think the "Kane is smart" thing is literally just a case of gaslighting that we all had from one interview or another, where someone happened to say "Kane is actually a well-read and intelligent man in real life" or something. Like...I'm convinced that's it. - I don't think we ever made any calculated decisions on our own behalf. I think it was 100% just something that someone said, like "you know...he isn't actually a scary monster, he's an intelligent man". Lmao. Anyway, yeah...he's probably considered "smart" by other people who share his shitty views. Same as how people are truly convinced that guys like Trump and Musk aren't complete imbeciles. A classic case of believing that something is true just because you have been told it was accurate at one point or another. Only reason I thought that was because of his peers saying he's very intelligent... but now it's possible that they think that only because they agree and not because he actually is. Besides, aren't most wrestlers republicans? Exactly. And usually, most men who claim to care about women don't care to watch female sports or are more than happy to make fun of said sports for laughs. Generations
https://www.tmz.com/2023/09/10/wwe-matt-riddle-jfk-sexual-assault-claim-internal-investigation/ ^ Matt Riddle claims he was sexually assaulted by a cop at JFK. ^ Why am I leaning towards about 95% chance that the cop searched him for drug related stuff and he freaked out and said "don't touch me there, bro!" Yeah. Like, we should take these accusations serious, but its Matt Riddle...the man has a questionable track record telling the truth. But again, we should take this serious. StillDriven
My main concern was that I didn't want this situation to cause any friction or issues between Matt Riddle and WWE's Human Resources or whatever top officials that deals with these type of scandals. I feel like it might cause WWE to figure out what to do with Riddle as far as image and public appearances. Like, how do we clean this up as far as image. Graeme Jones
Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I could have sworn that Dwayne said he wasn't match fit? Now he's saying it was locked in?
Generations
7 minutes ago, Graeme Jones said: Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I could have sworn that Dwayne said he wasn't match fit? Now he's saying it was locked in? I mean...The Rock is always in phenomenal shape. All that guy does is workout. Aside from taking the necessary warm-ups to minimalize the possibility of injury, I have to imagine that he's pretty much always in "match shape". Run a few drills, focus on cardio a bit more than his usual bodybuilding stuff...maybe a month, tops...probably fine to go. Anyway...it would be the best possible matchup. Also a smart way to bring Cody back into the fold. You have Rock standup to Reigns...say that he's not taking care of the family the way he should be. Rock loses...then Rock tells Cody he needs to finish the story. - Or maybe even make it a triple threat, where Cody says "if the Rock is going against Reigns...then I want in on that match too". Jeb ★
Yeah I imagine cardio would be the biggest thing he’d have to prioritize
BestInTheWorld614
A match with Roman would be very slow paced and I’m sure Roman would do a good job of covering for Rock if he needed a breather. Just saying would prob be the easiest match for Rock to come back for
StillDriven
The sad part isn't just Kane taking a picture with that guy, but also the fact that there's probably a few more WWE known figures both past and future who would befriend that guy to this day. Senex Beast
Just saw the Jacobs pic and as a Kane mark, I'm so disappointed. I try my best to separate a wrestler from their real life and same with celebrities and I loathe politics although it's fine that Glen Jacobs is a republican politcian but... the photo with Trump and calling him president...ugh just..ew

StillDriven
Has there been any information in regards to Roman Reigns status as far as being healthy enough to compete in the ring? I don't know how legit the information is in regards to him being injured or possibly hurt down the line?

All I've seen is a youtube fan account post info from somewhere saying that his next match is scheduled for November. I don't know how legit this could be though. But if it is, then what a bs champion.
StillDriven
The match we had about a month ago between Jey Uso vs Roman Reigns was a good look for Jey as far as getting a push but ever since he left the bloodline and etc., Roman Reigns has been missing in action, so in the back of my mind I'm like ok maybe he's KINDA injured and they want him to rest a little so he can be all set for Wrestlemania? Jey Uso had good momentum going but ever since Roman left, the Uso Twins rivalry story angle went DRY. I feel like bringing in John Cena was like a last minute choice because Roman wasn't around. I know that people have their opinion on the USOs not being on Roman's level which is fine. I'm just saying as a fan, it sucks that both Usos are now doing these lukewarm story angles as if they are keeping them busy until they can figure out what to do with them next. I wouldn't be surprised if both Jey and Jimmy are bored at this point. If the creative team wanted to continue to give certain superstars a push on TV? Why not keep the Uso momentum going at least until after Wrestlemania. Let's not pretend that the WWE Universe wasn't falling in love with Jey as a solo competitor during his rivalry against Roman Reigns. The crowd loved him and wanted him to win. The only thing I really want to express in regards to my opinion is despite whatever Roman Reigns is doing right now, keep Jey Uso HOT. PaperThinWalls
I’m sure they think rekindling the KO/Zayn storyline as Judgment Day tries to recruit him is keeping him hot. Maybe it is, but personally I’m sick of anything Bloodline-related at this point. The booking and creative has been shit since WM. While there’s been good talking segments involving the Bloodline, the overarching storyline has been bad soap opera quality. It’s a shame that such a great story has dropped to this level. Speaking of losing momentum, Cody Rhodes has not done anything substantive since the Lesnar feud. Now, while I wouldn’t say he has cooled off… yet. I will say if they continue using him the way they have, there’s a good chance he will.

It's tons of wrestling which is great but the same typical back and forth story angles over who can beat who in the ring can be a drag. Storylines really mattered 20 years ago.
