I have to say, 2k19 has finally been a game I can sink my teeth into.Anyhow, as I feel like it I will upload a few CAWs now and then to CC under the keywords: #NBW #CAWS.WS #JOBBOOC as well as updating the image showing what is currently available. CURRENTLY ON CC. Enjoy, comments and feedback are always welcome. BECKY SIMS Name: Becky Sims Division: WomenOrigin: NEWAlignment: FaceAll about that retro, with lots of custom images, face skin, etc. I am actually challenging myself with hitting the random button, finding a look I like and then sprucing it up. I think Becky turned out well. KORE KIM Name: KORE Kim (pronounced CORY) Division: CruiserOrigin: NEWAlignment: HeelFormer K-pop heartthrob turned wrestler, with a mix of striking and death-defying aerial moves, KORE is an up and coming superstar that will do whatever it takes to rise through the ranks, even if it means bending the rules...or outright breaking them. And yes, the Korean on his shirt has some JPEG artifacts but it is meant to be that way. MINA GOLD Name: Mina Gold Division: WomenOrigin: NEWAlignment: HeelI was really just playing around with this one, but the more I did the more she began to turn into a full-fledged character. The outfit is simple, with only a couple of custom images. I am most proud of the face. DRAKE SAMSON Name: Drake Samson Division: HeavyweightOrigin: NEWAlignment: Face Ex-football player, strongman and vacuum salesman, Drake Samson has decided to step into the squared circle and do what he does best, smash people like a combine running over a sleeping bag filled with cranberries. Now with a bigger head! FERRYNA FASYA Name: "The Golden Lotus" Ferryna Fasya Division: WomenOrigin: NEWAlignment: FaceI have always wanted to see a female, Muslim wrestler done right and respectfully, so I set out and made Ferryna. I have a feeling she's not exactly going to fly off of CC, but I am happy with the results when it comes to her look. JIMMY-RAY PYRO Name: Jimmy-Ray Pyro Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: FaceSomeone earlier today made a Johnny Pyro CAW, something I did way back in SvR 2006 as well but over the years he never got remade. Well, taking inspiration from sharpe2803; here is my own Pyro -- ex-fire fighter turned wrestler with a pretty decent moveset and a simple entrance. He's a low card performer but always puts on a good show. CASSIE MARTINEZ Name: Cassie Martinez Division: WomenOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: FaceAnother very old character that HAS seem some version over the past few years, but this year was a total revamp as the Mexican indie star looks to make a name for herself suplexing the other women of NBW through the ring. There are a LOT of custom designs on this one, from the medical text book images of bones all over her outfit to the custom designed and painted sugar skull face paint. By far my favorite female to date I have created. TARANJIT BAINS Name: Taranjit Bains Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: NEWAlignment: FaceThis one is based on a real person, one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Representing India in NBW, Taranjit breaks through the stereotype glass ceiling by representing his country in a positive way and looking quite normal in the process. His design was actually pretty easy compared to most of the things I have made. EL JOBBO Name: El Jobbo Division: CruiserOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: FaceHe has not won a single match since his debut in NBW in 2006. His grandmother has sewn his outfit. He once got pinned by a ladder in a ladder match. He is the heart and soul of NBW and the #1 jobber in the world: El Jobbo. CODY BLACK Name: "The Code Breaker" Cody Black Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: NEWAlignment: FaceSecond remake as I was not fully content with the first I posted a couple of days ago. Cody Black, former tag partner of KORE Kim while the two wrestled in Japan, now bitter rivals. A young, high flyer with a hard hitting moveset sure to make people stand up in their seats. MICHAELA RICHTER Name: Michaela Richter Division: WomenOrigin: WWE 2K17Alignment: Face Frequent tag partner of Cassie Martinez, Michaela and her affinity for reptiles is shown not only in her ring gear, but her skills as a submission artist -- she will wrap you up like an anaconda and squeeze you until you either tap or pass out. Seriously though, her entrance is simply amazing in game. SHARK BITE Name: Shark Bite Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: NEWAlignment: FaceFrom the land down under, my own take on a shark themed wrestler and I am actually really impressed with the results. He may seem simple, but a lot of work was put into his outfit to give him that shark-like look. Not related to another "Shark Bite" CAW I have seen around here. NATASHA ORLOV Name: "The Russian Shield" Natasha Orlov Division: WomenOrigin: NEWAlignment: HeelCrawling out of the impoverished ruins of Vologograd to lay waste to all before her with her fists, Natasha is the most dangerous striker her division has ever seen -- and holds the record for quickest match in NBW history at 28 seconds. Die Apokalyptischen Reiter (TAG TEAM) Name: Johnny Worthless Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: HeelThe UK punk scene is alive and well with Johnny Worthless. With his no-frills brawler style and a major hate for any high flyers, Johnny has been far from worthless in NBW. His jacket and pants were actually fairly complex to pull off, but the results in-game are astounding. Name: Siege Division: Super HeavyweightOrigin: NEWAlignment: Heel When Johnny Worthless found no success on the roster as a singles competitor, he brought in the 6'9" German beast Siege to shake up the tag team division as his enforcer. With a single swipe of his fist, Siege has dominated the roster and the two have quickly captured the NBW tag-team titles. QUETZALCOATL Name: Quetzalcoatl Division: CruiserOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Face Taking the mantle of the feathered serpent, Quetzalcoatl is more than feathers and high-flying moves. As one of the shortest in NBW, the brass ring is set very high for the action-packed superstar. He's one of the last guys I made in SvR 2006 a few years back and has carried over in almost every game I have played since then. I HAD to use that headdress in the entrance. PETE SANCHEZ Name: "Dirty" Pete Sanchez Division: CruiserOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Heel"Dirty" Pete Sanchez started out as a joke character in a roster competition a friend and I had, but he evolved into a character with history -- including being a well respected luchadore until he started taking bribes from a mafia, went to prison, was beaten near death (he has a slightly mishaped head) in prison and eventually came back to the world of wrestling. He is of course "dirty", but NBW fans can't help but cheer for the under dog. CALEB O'BRIEN Name: "The Irish Suplex Machine" Caleb O'Brien Division: HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Face One of the top stars of NBW who can suplex any opponent from almost any angle. I have tried to improve on his simple design but in the end, you don't need a lot of flash to be effective. I am aware that 2K19 has Rock Tape as a part now, but I prefer my own design. BRENT PROOF Name: Brent "100%" Proof Division: HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Heel He's a whiskey drinkin', deer huntin', tobacco chewin' good ol' boy that believes the only good wrestling is old school piledrivers and punches to the face with his ham-sized fists. A no-frills, old school heel. AFRO JACKSON Name: Afro Jackson Division: CruiserOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: FaceFormer male model, male escort and all around fun guy, Afro Jackson is the life of the party on the lower mid-card in NBW and is known for his insane spots during ladder matches. JOHNNY PLUNDER Name: Johnny Plunder Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Face "Oy you give the beer!" Every promotion needs a pirate -- fight me. Name: Jason "The Moz" Mawson Division: CruiserOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Face Veteran of backyard wrestling before he even arrived in NBW, "The Moz" has joined forces with his rival for the tag-team "Skyhigh"; a duo of high-flying, daredevil wrestlers with "The Moz" being the grizzled veteran while Mike Mongo being the hungry young buck. Together they have taken out tag teams consisting of men twice their size (and sometimes 4 times the weight). Name: Mike Mongo Division: CruiserOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Face Watching old wrestling VHS bootlegs gave him the wrestling bug and Mike Mongo came from South Africa to make a name for himself as the risk-taking spot monkey in NBW, eventually teaming with Jason Mawson to form the successful tag team: SKYHIGH. AKI CRUSH Name: Aki Crush Division: Super HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: FaceComing from Hawaii, this super heavyweight may seem like a scary beast -- but he really has a heart of gold and his moveset is more fun than devastating. Aki Crush is not going to make the main event scene any time soon, but he loves what he does, and what he loves is putting smiles on faces. Including my own, his logo was custom done -- let's see if you can get the reference. CHUCK WILLIAMS Name: "The Last Revolution" Chuck Williams Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: Wrestlemania 2000Alignment: FaceThe personal CAW of yours truly, the wrestling version of me since the N-64 era. Now with two attires! And in before anyone goes "oh you're ripping off Finn Balor", well no. The 2nd attire body paint is actually based on a tattoo I designed and put on myself in the early 2000s and if you bop on down to the BONUS LEVEL below, you can see I was also using that attire way back in 2006.The CAW also features all my real life tattoos, well, ones that can be seen anyhow. TESTAROSSA Name: Testarossa Division: WomenOrigin: WWE 2K17Alignment: FaceWhere Becky Sims represents the 90s, Testarossa is all about the 80s! With her colorful attire and moveset, Tes is the smallest woman of NBW but also one of the most entertaining. JOSH GUINNESS Name: "The Real 1" Josh Guinness Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Heel Probably one of the most cocky personalities in NBW, "The Real 1" can certainly back up his words with his technical prowess and his seemingly inexhaustible stamina. He has quickly climbed through the ranks to make a name for himself in the title picture. FA'ALO Name: Fa'alo Division: HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Heel I got asked if I could make a Pacific Islander type character -- so, I dug out another old SvR 2006 CAW and remade him here, Fa'alo (which means Jump in Samoan). He's pretty simple in design but I like him anyhow, will make a good mid-card talent in NBW. ROBERT DRAKE Name: "Mr. Canada" Robert Drake Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: SvR 2006Alignment: Heel Oh, Canada! A NBW veteran who has held the NBW Canadian Championship longer than any other superstar at 587 days, having many classic matches. While fans love to hate him, it's hard to mistake the impression he leaves behind when he puts on a clinic in the ring. JOE HUNTER Name: "No Ordinary" Joe Hunter Division: Light HeavyweightOrigin: Wrestlemania 2000Alignment: Heel Former tag team partner of Chuck Williams when they were known as the Darkside Kids, Joe Hunter has time and time again been one of the top superstars in NBW, using underhanded tactics and turning people against one another. After a 5 year hiatus from the company, he has returned and picked up where he left off -- destroy his former tag partner and capture the gold; anything but ordinary. His t-shirt was seriously fun to design. It says: "This is how you kill god." BONUS LEVEL! Here you can see some of the original SvR 2006 appearances for the NBW roster -- to be added to when I get the CAW remakes done. A remake of one of my SvR 2006 characters:Coming next week to CC when I am done all the lil details and movesets. Lots and I mean LOTS of custom image work.
