Yeah ITV is a terrestrial channel. BBC, ITV and Channel4. I had no idea they did PPV services though.

Only 15 quid. That is a *censored*ing huge disconnect between the price in the US. Isn't it like $60 for you?

To be fair, WWE PPVs were are around the same price on Sky Box Office.

And to answer your question, according to a quick google reveals £15 = around $19.50.

Answer my question? Where did I ask what the exchange rate is..?

Someone on Reddit said that some platform (could have been fite.tv) were offering DON for $59.99. Hence why I said it seemed like a huge disconnect.

They set up ITV box office about 2 years ago for boxing, only really ever see Chris Eubank on there. They've done it to appease him and his dad, because there's no way is he a ppv fighter

Anyway, AEW potentially being on ITV is massive, don't know if Impact get more viewers in the UK than WWE like they used to, think it's on 5Star or Spike, but this will probably damage WWE if it'll be on one of the major Freeview channels.

Wouldn't say it would damage them necessarily but it would definitely help AEW in gaining new viewers. I think a big problem with potential WWE alternatives/televised wrestling in general is that a lot of it airs on channels that certain areas/regions don't get for free/at all. Streams (legal and illegal) exist but tbh I feel like a lot of fans don't want to take the time to find them.

You hit the nail on the head. I would LOVE to watch things like RoH, Shimmer, Stardom & Shine, but there is no way to legally get them here in Jolly Olde England.

The Wrap is reporting exclusively that the rumored All Elite Wrestling-Turner Network TV deal will be confirmed one hour before WarnerMedia upfronts next Wednesday, which would be around 9 a.m.

They are reporting that the deal is "virtually done" and it would call for a weekly airing on TNT.

AEW wrestlers are expected to be at Madison Square Garden next Wednesday for the announcement.

Financial details of the deal are not expected to be released.

Look into Fite. They have a bunch of weekly stuff on there for free and the membership is free. They're the company that handle the majority of the iPPVs these days so you know it's a safe/legit thing.

Is an AEW Champion being crowned at Double Or Nothing? Saw that the winner of the battle royal gets a shot at the title, but that's a little silly when the title doesn't exist or have a holder.

There are no titles yet lol

Hence why some people thought that match would crown the first. There were several reports at the time that match was announced saying that match would be for the title. They were just speculating, but its an easy mistake for people who aren't following this company that closely.

Cody or someone was definitely holding a covered title on a recent episode of BTE or Road to DON. Be a fool to think they didn't have one made yet.

Just seems a bit silly to me personally to crown the contender before the champion. It's like, congrats on the victory dude now go sit down and watch these two other people fight for the title you just won a chance at. That's just me though.

I feel like Jericho would be the logical choice for the first champion. He's a big name and the people who've only ever seen WWE know who he is and he has potential to draw those people in.

Cody announced that the winner of the Casino Battle Royal will recieve a shot at the title. Pretty sure that at Double or Nothing they will reveal the title, with the winner of the Battle Royal facing the winner of Omega vs Jericho at the next show

Yeah...Cody specifically said that the winner of the Casino Battle Royal would face the champion (not just that they would get a title shot)...so, that denotes that there will be a champion to challenge at that point, not just a vacant belt. (Unless he just misspoke). So, that sounds like a champion will be crowned at DoN (or on the first week of television tapings). And yeah, they showed a belt under a velvet sleeve in that same video. It was Road to DoN on the Nightmare Family youtube, btw...the episode that went up two days ago.
