Does Peyton have a trainer telling her to do that stuff? Because...I don't see how either of those exercises would benefit your ass. First looks like it would strain your pelvis and abs. Second just looks like would hurt your neck and back...

For both exercises shes drawing power from her hamstring/glute area to drive upward for the first one and forward for the second. and with the first one, the resistance bands keeps her knees locked and the way shes positioned, the only way she gets that bar up is with her ass/hamstrings. theyre legit movements

Those are actually really common workouts for hamstrings and glutes... especially the bridge.
