You might be right. Before the PPV, WWE had to reach for an agreement to use the title. http://www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2017/0607/626919/wwe-reportedly-received-copyright-complaint-over-great-balls-of/ Maybe the agreement didn't cover the video game, so the arena was scrapped.
