T-Hell
Awesome! That's huge. I will be getting it on pc so that's more time I get to see if I can run it and for patches to come. Link to comment
CROSS-Out
Awesome, very happy for PC players of the game. Enjoy it guys! Link to comment
Generations
A surprise, tbh...really was just expecting the PC version to come a few months later like it always does. Link to comment
Aqfitz
Great news, but with such a late announcement, I'm wondering how well optimized it will be. Last WWE game I bought on PC was 2k16 and there were alot of bugs Link to comment
maskedmaniac
I guess I'll be getting the first week. When's it up on steam? Link to comment
Dr. Fumbles
I guess I'll be getting the first week. When's it up on steam? Already up; also a few deals, from various retailers, up as well. Link to comment
JoshuaB81285
Does anyone know what the CAW/mod community is like for PC? I am now currently debating between X1 or PC...since my initial plan was X1 at launch, PC whenever it launches, but this news has changed things. Link to comment
PrinceOfDarkness
I actually have to ask out of a genuine concern, while absoulutely this is great for PC fellas, but what does this mean for console CC if content creators jump ship to PC? Link to comment
maskedmaniac
PC caw community has been ass the last 3 games, mainly because the game has come out months after it does on consoles, so no way of telling how it will be this year that the game finally comes out on the same day across all platforms. eastcoastkody
really wish community creations were like crossplay or something. xbox 360 had the most content last gen. Since some of the games had more creation points...and u could texture hack easier than on PS3. this gen everyone buys the PS4 version. Xb1 community creations is good....but u can see that some of the best stuff is on the PS4 side. and i have no clue what the PC community is like. I know that they've been getting the game later. And in general PC gamers tend to just play WoW, LoL, PubG, Dota, CS: GO ....and like nothing else Link to comment
Dr. Fumbles
Yeah cross CC would be cool, but not sure if Sony/Microsoft can play nice. Bummer. Link to comment
maskedmaniac
Also because of mods no one really makes caw's on PC relative to go how it is on consoles. Link to comment
Wedge10
Can I just ask, while we are here in a thread about releases, is the UK release really Tuesday 17th October? I am sure I saw it say worldwide release on 17th. It just seems weird because for as long as I can remember, at least going back to when the games were still Smackdown vs Raw, USA would get it on a Tuesday and we would get it on the Friday. ⊗ Volrath ⊗
The best version of the game is coming earlier than expected. Great news, can't wait to mod it. Link to comment
maskedmaniac
For those thinking of switching from PS/XBOX to the PC keep one thing in mind, if your PC can't run it at full force you are going to experience some severe slowdown that will make some areas of the game, primarily when more than 4 wrestlers are on screen almost impossible to play. WWE 2K on the PC for me has basically been just one on one matches because if I try to play something like HIAC or the Royal Rumble it would just be too slow to enjoy. And now with the news of 8 wrestlers on screen I can't imagine my PC being able to run it. Make sure your PC can handle it before buying it. Link to comment

My gaming rig is an Intel i7-7700K, Nvidia 1080 Ti 11GB, 32GB of ram...I have no doubt my PC could run this game without question; my only concern is lack of CAWs/mods on PC, because I do generally use a lot of CAWs (and am terrible at making them myself). I'm debating on buying it on X1 at launch; and seeing how the community turns out on PC. :-/ Link to comment

maskedmaniac
Like I said a while back the CAWs have been lacking pretty badly on the PC compared to the PS or XBOX, though this has been mainly due in part because the game has come out half a year after the console versions and because mods are so much better looking then caws. There are still some good creations but the mods are where it's at. Not only can you mod the wrestlers, but add in wrestlers from past games like Hogan or Harlem Heat and also mod the arenas, menus, textures, and even add music so the PC version is far superior in this regard. Muur
This may actually be bad for them. Is the DLC on disc? People getting PC hella early from normal can now just mod instead of paying for the DLC on console Link to comment
