Westside Xtreme Wrestling in Germany are launching a Womens Title with a mini league starting on August 25th and ending on December 23rd. Theres four women who will all wrestle each other twice, and the top two will wrestle on December 23rd for the title. They posted the following information about the tournament:

 

With great joy today we announce the introduction of the wXw Womens Championship. The belt, which is currently handmade by the belt maker of the wXw, is the reward for the winner of a tournament, which includes twelve matches over a period of four months. the wXw viewers in all parts of Germany are witness to the emerging women division, which is to be established at all locations, said CEO Christian Michael Jacobi.

 

The four participants in the tournament are Jinny, Melanie Gray, Pauline, and Session Moth Martina.

 

The matches for the tournament will take place at wXws Fight Forever Tour with the final match taking place at the 17th anniversary show.

It would had been 6 women but since Alpha Female and Toni Storm are in the wwe mae Young classic now they won't be able to participate there.

If they get signed by the wwe for more then the tournament they will also end up as alumnis on wXws roster.

On the one Hand is a shame cause they had some great matches there and they are also allowed to have intergender matches in this Promotion aswell, on the other Hand I'm happy we will get to watch and have both on wwe tv. :)

Westside Extreme Wrestling has a set of women’s matches booked for its “Fight Forever” tour that kicks off on August 5th in Oberhausen, Germany when Alex Windsor takes on Melanie Gray. Thunder Rosa and Jinny will square off for the promotion’s stop in Koln on September 9th, while the latter will go onto compete in WXW’s Women’s Championship tournament, which begins on August 25th in Münster when Melanie Gray takes on Pauline.

 

The tournament, however, looks to be under round-robin rules or some type of points system. Only four competitors are involved in the tournament throughout the duration of the tour. WXW’s own Melanie Gray, 23-year-old Pauline from Paris, France, “Session Moth” Martina and Jinny. The tournament will be worked from August 25th through December, concluding on the 23rd at the Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen with the finals taking place, making this a four-month long tournament with the Women’s Champion being crowned in the end.
