Question on Broadcasting WWE 2k17 on Twitch

Recommended Posts

I've been playing around with streaming some matches via Twitch using PS4 share function. I've noticed that it works fine except for one thing: the wrestler's music doesn't come through. Other sound (crowd, ring announcer, commentators, etc) comes through but not the music. Is there some sort of music mute function or check box I'm missing?

No, that's just how it is... their intro music doesn't come through.

I don't own the game, but if what the other guys are saying is true, then your best bet is to look into prerecording, editing and uploading it to YouTube (depending on what it is you're doing).

can't do that either unless you have your own capture device. the built in device is what's muting everything.

Even if you recorded and saved a video with the software and edited on a PC? That's weird. I can understand for streaming but for a recorded video it's a little odd.

no like i said if you have a capture device connected to the ps4/x1 via pc that's fine but if you record within the ps4 or xb1 system music and the transition sound effects gets muted
