Question on Materials

Anyone know what kind of material the logo on this jacket is called? I'd like to look around for a good texture of said material so I can custom make this logo.

I'm getting similar results looking up holographic. I hope I can find it. Enough wrestlers use it to a point, it'd be nice to have on hand. I'm sure other members of the community may like it too.

I read into it, and sometimes they use a heat press of some kind to bond some fabrics. Sometimes it gives this kind of fabric different appearances. A theory might be that the way it's bonded, it creates those waves.

You did. I can't find anything else out, but I'll probably try your idea. I just need to find one detailed/large enough... It'll be a 512x512 logo, so even if I find a 2000x2000 or something, I could scale it and enhance. I just hate scaling up...

 

Anyways. You helped a ton. That fabric will definitely look better than silver. and with a lil work, I may be able to add waves.

Not exactly, but lots of matte colours to easily match the ingame colour palette, and then lots of blending and feathering lol. Hopefully to test in game tonight and will post results.

Also, I have another idea that could work....but would have to test it to see if the game would allow it to work how I think it would. But if it does, would be epic. Might test tonight and get back with you.

Well after more than a few attempts I think I got Kenny's rainbow logo down! Only problem I see is the horrible way logos distort on the back of jackets in game. But u guys be the judge.
