That Stanley Kubrick was a photojournalist before his legendary and groundbreaking career in film. LOOK Magazine published a series entitled "Chicago - City of Extremes." For the series, Kubrick took photographs of working class Chicago; including a Gorgeous George wrestling match (photographs of the spectators of the match were taken, as well as the competitors) - this being the most famous photograph.

TIL the Tombstone Piledriver (even though it was a modified version) dates back to at least the 60s and Jackie Pallo could've been it's creator. I knew Dynamite Kid, Andre and Rollerball Rocco had used it in the late 70s/early 80s but I didn't know it went back as far as that.

TIL Andre used the tombstone.

Randy Orton today is as old as Batista was when he won his first World Championship at Wrestlemania 21.

In fact, I didn't even realise Batista is older than Triple H.

Batista is a Grandfather.

Authors of Pain got their name from "Occom's Razor"

Still think the team got their name from Blofeld's quote in "SPECTRE".

TIL that Dolph Ziggler hooked up with Sunny.

Who hasn't, though?

Good point. She's almost as bad as Missy Hyatt.

TIL the WWE has free language courses for wrestlers and they can take as many as they want. I would abuse the *Censored* out of that.
