Cena ties and beats Ric Flair's record - 0.5pt

Ric Flair dies - 0.8pt

Tye Dillinger gets a main roster call up and ends up being on Main Event by the end of the year - 1pt

Goldberg wins a world title - 1pt

Shane McMahon gets a tag team-title run. With Daniel Bryan.

Eva Marie won't come back. - 2pts

Asuka gets drafted undefeated as NXT champ, wins RAW's title at first chance she gets, remains undefeated by the end of the year - 2pts

Finn Balor. Bullet Club. Gets betrayed by Kenny Omega. Yeah, Kenny Omega.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn will form a tag-team. - 1 pt

Shaquille O'Neal will get a title shot.

Kane dies. In kayfabe. The Undertaker wants to get revenge, gets it, then dies himself. - it basically happened in reverse, so 0.1pt

Jay Lethal will show up in NXT.

TJ Perkins will join the Bullet Club.

John Cena will join the Bullet Club. (lol every year, they predict Cena will become heel, when will they learn)

Kurt Angle will return. - 1pt

A female will wrestle a guy. For some reason, I see Rusev being involved. 1pt

Paige will shave her head.

Nikki Cross will get a makeover, get a call-up and they'll pretend she's Paige.

King from Tekken will make his WWE debut as some kind of promotional tactic where he will defeat your favorite upper midcard heel. - 1pt because this sort of happened in NJPW

#DIY will get a call-up. As cruiserweights. We might see a cruiserweight tag-team division at some point, I don't know.

I was so *censored*ing close with this lol.

Anyway, pretty accurate predictions bruh, 11.4 points, nice.

The ones I bolded are either incredibly vague and/or inevitable because of time.

It could literally be any of them. Idk why you're saying it'll be Big E like it's a done deal.

They'll push the big guy - plus I think of the three he's the one with the biggest motive, simply if he realises how big and powerful he really is.

How dumb.

They can still push Big E for those cliche reasons, but that doesn't mean he has to be the one instigating the break up. He can just "win" the feud.

True, but I don't think Xavier would work as a heel, and Kofi is just meh as a singles guy. Would make more sense to keep Xavier and Kofi as a tag team and have Big E go into singles by stabbing them in the back. Just have him get tired of having to save the other two (build that up over a few weeks) or him having a good run in the Rumble - meaning he doesn't need them.

I'm speaking of course from my own view - but that's how I'd book the split because that's the most sensible way I can see. Of course WWE may see it differently.

Mods, can you change the thread title please? I thought this would be a good time to bring it back seeing as we only have a handful of shows left to go this year.

Given theres only a few days left in 2017 I think this should be brought back and the thread renamed to 2018 predictions:

Asuka eats her first loss.

Hawkins either finally reunites with Ryder or is released

Rey Mysterio returns

Hulk Hogan is the pre-order bonus for 2K19

Daniel Bryan returns to the ring in a part time role

Paige and Sheamus both retire due to injuries

Carmella fails her cash in match

2K18s special edition is based around the Hart Family

The Hall of Fame Class is finally main evented by the Rock

New Age Outlaws are the tag team induction

Mickie James has a title run

Lars Sullivan joins Bray Wyatt in a new Wyatt Family alongside a returning Mike Knox

Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciama do not feud in NXT and are called up to seperate shows

Heath Slater wins the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal

Gallows & Anderson leave WWE

Dean Ambrose returns as a heel

Ohno Replaces Sheamus as Cesaros tag team partner

The Authors of Pain are called up without Ellering to RAW.

Not bad.

Now for 2019:

We see Women's tag titles and the Bellas are the first champions.

Shayna gets the call up to the red brand

Becky, Sasha, Bayley & Charlotte end up on the sane show

Hawkins finally gets a win

WWE 2K20's cover star is Charlotte

The pre-order bonus is Jeff Jarrett

The Special Edition is themed around 4 Horsewomen Vs 4 Horsewomen

The Elite show up on WWE TV

We will see an NXT: US Vs NXT: UK match of some sort.

Pete Dunne manages to pass 2 years as UK Champion

The Hype Bros still don't get their tag title match

We get a new WWE Title belt

Big Cass returns in some capacity

Either the Riott Squad or the New Day breaks up

The Hall of Fame is main evented by Big Show

205Live joins the NXT Family

A McMahon holds a title.

Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn have a run as tag champs

We see the first ever Women's War Games match

We see other smaller companies like Progress and Shimmer get their shows added to the WWE Network.

Prediction:

Nia Jax wins title, gets embraced by The Rock, we act like it's a face turn.

Roman Reigns beats Lesnar, champ does segment with Nia and Rock.

We'll get a Women's Elinibatio Chambers because

Vince McMahon dies, so does Ric Flair

Rey Mysterio has a shock appearance in WWE

NJPW and WWE collaborate, Okada and Reigns will meet, so will Almas and Naito

Triple H will dedicate a show in his own honor after formally retiring for good.

TJ Perkins will get fired because he did something naughty. Sexually. Probably involving a minor.

Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston will betray The New Day.

But it's a ruse. It's part of The New Day's plan to make Kofi Kingston a WWE Champion. Everybody turns heel, they reunite sort of and Kofi becomes the first African WWE Champion.

Should've said James Ellsworth.
