There are two characters I've been looking to redesign if I were ever to jump back into the series and pair a new female with them as valet. If I ever did it, I'd add this guy. And yes, i completely took inspiration of Hunico to create this character. I was trying to make a character that looks like a chicano, so it's difficult not to think about Hunico. I think theres nothing wrong with taking inspirations off of someones gimmick. But it's fun to add your own twist on it. I plan on making a CAW who believes in the...how should I put this...not so nice values of the Confederate flag. Essentially, it will be an evil foreigner gimmick without the foreign part.
