What's the difference between Fireman's Carry Cutter and Swinging Jawbreaker? and which would be better as a replacement for Nikki's Rack Attack move she had to stop using?

Fireman's carry cutter is the more normal looking one you should go for. Swinging Cutter has multiple rotations
